That's true, but that's assuming it's Neji. Couldn't Hinata's technique (I forgot the name) cut through the bones? It wouldn't hit the chakra points, but it might be able to cut through the bones.

Yes, but couldn't the ground be a blind spot? If Naruto came up through the ground and hit Neji and he didn't see it, doesn't that mean underground attacks like the Decapitation Jutsu couldn't be seen?

Well, what the bones can and can't withstand is another question, so I don't know.

When Naruto attacked Neji, I didn't think he had the Byakugan enabled. I think byakugan could see through the ground to a certain extent too, just like it see's through walls.

To a certain extent. There's no way it'd be able to see through the Earth and to the other side. It's a matter of how far the Byakugan can see. That's another thing. The Byakugan enables the user to be able to see through walls, ect., but how far can it see?

There's nothing that says that it can't see as far through solids as it can through thin air, but never the less, it has a limit of range. It's definantly suficient though. If something it travelying so fast that it couldn't be dodged in time even with the Byakugan's help, then you're in big trouble no matter what abilities you have.

But couldn't the Sharingan know what you were planning to do before you did it? It depends on the person, whether they're fast enough to dodge it or not, but the Sharingan can "read your mind." It'll know what you're going to do before you do it. That is, assuming the person using it can see you. If not, then they can't read your moves. Something I've been wondering is, what if a member of the Uchiha clan had a child with a member of the Hyuga clan? Would they inherit both bloodline traits? I would assume the would, but they wouldn't be able to use the Sharingan and Byakugan at the same time (e.g. Sharingan in the left eye and Byukagan in the right).

If that were to happen, I think they'd either assume the dominant one of the two (genetically), recieve a weaker (not very usefull) hybrid, or neither. I'd assume they'd just recieve the byakugan since it seems to have a bigger overall effect ont their body. All Hyuuga have big pupils for a reason. The sharingan and byakugan require more than just special eyes, one needs to have their entire body to have evolved to handle them. This is why kakashi only pulls out the sharingan when he knows he's in a tough spot while Sasuke or Neji would use their abilities in a mediocre battle.
