Depends on what takes your fancy more, natural wonders or man-made attractions. The best natural attractions are the great barrier reef, the kimberly region and uluru (Ayers Rock) then again, those are also the most famous, some other natural wonders would be the great ocean road in victoria where stand 'the twelve apostles' (now i think only seven are standing) all they are, are rocks that have managed to form some sort of line. Ones closer to me (northwestern NSW) would have to be lightning ridge's opal mines, the warrumbungle moutain range, mt kaputar national park, mt kaputar itself, and sawn rocks (been here myself, it's a cliff, but it's seperated into hexagonal shaped sections over the years)

Man made attractions vary, the best ones are all on queenslands gold coast, These are australia's biggest and most widely advertised theme parks of Dreamworld, Wet & Wild, and Seaworld. of course if you want to come down south, try darling harbour in sydney especially at night, if you're able to get to a cetain point, you'll be able to see the opera house and the harbour bridge all lit up, that in itself is a spectacular sight. or maybe heading further south again, the architectual wonders of melbourne and it's trams are more to someone's liking.

Naturally there are various clubs and casinos in sydney and melbourne if you're that way inclined

What do you think seperates Australia (the country) from all the other nations? Do most people speak in the stereotypical accent?

I would say we would to anyone who does not live here and has gotten used to it.

There are hundreds of things that seperate us from the rest of the world. Our geographical location for starters, not to mention we are also an Island Continent as well.
