There's no trick to the question. The longest manga that you've read.
Okay, so lets say that there are two manga, one has 600 chaps and you read 20, another has 100 chaps and you've read all 100, the one where you've read the most amount of chapters (the 100 one) is the longest manga you've read.

Of all the possible series, which manga made you read the most chapters, and how many chapters?!

It's not a trick question but there were a few ways to take the question.

Right now.

The longest manga I've read is Detective Conan with 582 chapters.
