Not the first name people will think of in terms of great British wrestlers, but William Regal's favourite certainly deserves his own thread. I had my eyes opened to him upon seeing his heated match with Tom Tyrone, and have thoroughly enjoyed Rudge's performance in every match of his that I've seen since.
He's a classic case of "not a ton of footage available", but what is there is really good. XWT Classics had a few Regal DVDs online recently, and there was a match with Rudge on there that had a masterclass of heelishness from Terry. Hopefully he crops up on more of the European discs. I can definitely see him placing on my list, but it's a question of where, which all depends on whether or not there's a lot of non-Youtube matches available. |

Werner Bendig has a bunch of matches from him in Germany which I could see being pretty great, I'll aquire more of that stuff in the next couple of weeks. Really enjoyed Rudge from what I've seen so far.
