Ok....I have no idea what to do here. I haven't spend much time on it, but I just want a little clue on what should I be looking at. I know [specifics for PMs please], thanks to the title....and I've noticed that [please don't post observations]...any hints?

You're given a key. And a code. Apply the key to the code.
