Weff got upset about spoilers, said "Why bother?" and she said "Because there are still people who love to solve riddles for what they are!" and he made riddles. And he made riddles that were hard! he wanted people to be stuck on a single level for a day or more.
Hats off to you, Weff. You succeeded. Just be careful catching that hat, I borrowed it from Oddjob.
