I usually do at least somewhat well with these, so I'm gonna try another one. I'll try and keep it updates as often as I can, if I do not someone annoy me with PM's.
My basic rules:
-Keep it Realistic! No 99 overall 16 YO's. -We need players of all types, just like a real NHL team so keep it realistic. I may cap certain types of players, but we'll see. -2 goalies please. I may let the backup make another dude since riding the pine would be boring as shit. -We need Team Names/Location. Again, keep it semi realistic, so in North America and a good team name. -Location for your player (origin) should be pretty realistic too. There are a couple weird ones like England or Italy or Japan, but not everyone is from Switzerland. -Thanks for the help niggers.

A pure sniper... no pass first mentality... comparable to Ilya Kovalchuck... very speedy like Marian Gaborik but faster... prefers wrist shot to slap but has insane power in both... good acceleration balance and puck handling... an avid deker a lot better than Datsuyk... huge hitter and best fighter around... below average play maker and good faceoffs... good accuracy for both wrist shot and slap shot... hits a lot... weak on defense... very weak backcheck, forecheck and hitting... although hits a lot

Vagrill is one of Austria's finest goalies he has size. He is over weight and very tall therefore he takes up a lot of the next. Just picture a Gorilla in goal and thats Pound. He has great vision for hunting down players infront of the net whatever will injure them the most is his bread and butter. He will fight anyone on either team so don't piss him off. His glove hand, blocker, skating, speed, are all shit. But his vision is that of an NHL defenseman. 99 Overall.

I don't care anything about equipment, but dark visor.
I just want to be a solid defensive enforcer. A hard hitter with some decent shot blocking ability, and a little passing, but not really effective offensively, mostly a checker.

Two way center, is good on D, faceoff expert, plays a lot of PK. Can Pass pretty well, isn't the best shooter, far better at passing than shooting, can hold onto the puck through a few hits, and isn't afraid to level some guys himself. Isn't the most disciplined guy.

Consider me as any two way defender. Give him great speed, with a hard slapshot. Don't worry about his wrist shot too much, as I will be looking to make shots from the point. Make sure I have some nice passing abilities, and defensive/offensive awareness. I would not like to be able to deke that much, as I am trying to stay in position, and I am also going to be looking for that stick checking and especially regular checking. Great offense, and has pretty good defense. Lidstrom type of player. Can hit and fight. An alright leader, although he sometimes messes up in defense.

Passer that never gets hurt. He has a pretty strong shot with great aim. He is pretty fast and has good acceleration. Good in the defensive zone as well and is always in the tops in faceoffs. One of the smartest players that you will ever see play the game

An offensively minded playmaker who rarely blocks shots. He hits a little bit, but mostly looks for big offensive plays. He's a smooth skater, who can blow past most defenders on the ice, and uses his small frame to dodge oncoming players. Can puck handle in a phone booth. Doesn't put the puck in the net a lot, but he can be a shifty scorer, and deke with the best of them.
