Hard to believe, but The Fictional Woods went live on November 20, 2006, as part of our Counting Down to Against the Day. I'll be traveling then so I'm posting this a week early.

I totally echo Bleakhaus' sentiment
we are just SUPERB! I have discovered more authors and books here that I haven't read than I've encountered in any other way thanks to you all who have put this enormous dent in my finances and have the lair bulging at the seams wih its piles upon piles of books I loves you! |

Although I only post on and off, I still enjoy reading over these posts, especially because some of the stuff people find about authors (articles, clips, etcetera) is just extraordinary. And some of the confrontations and antagonsims make for a far more entertaining read than some of the junk out there.
