Aquas Though the waters are slowly growing more polluted and gangs are becoming more and more confident, the planet of Aquas lives on. It's economy right now is in shambles due to iron grip the Rebel government once held, and now made worse by the ever continuing war with Apostasy. Under the large man-made landform the Aquas Underground tunnels web, and above the city boundaries become smaller as more is left to become part of the growing Outskirts. The people make due and live on, despite the conditions, though. Though poor right now, the potential to return to its former self, and perhaps with more land and cities, remains.

Corneria Once the center of trade and commerce in the Lylat System, this planet is now just as populated, though it's not nearly what it used to be. Its leaders dead, its empire gone, Corneria is now covered in cities where thieves and criminals run rampant.

Eladard What used to be the industrial center of the Lylat System, Eladard's air is now so polluted that its few inhabitants are condemned to live indoors. When outdoors it is absolutely necessary to wear gas masks, for the atmosphere is very toxic. Note: Eladard has not appeared in any released SF games to date, but it was to be included in the unreleased SNES game, "Star Fox 2." I thought I'd put it on here anyway.

Fichina Not much has changed here on Fichina. It is still locked in its Ice Age, and its only inhabitants are those who seek refuge from the constant conflict that is the Lylat System.

Fortuna Due to lack of inhabitants and the various large and usually aggressive creatures of this planet, it has generally been left out of the fighting, and thus has suffered little. The entire known parts of the planet are vast jungle, with trees taller then some skyscrapers in the cities, and great rivers stretching through moss covered canyons. Fortuna is a beautiful place, and would probably be more popular if there wasn't the distinct danger of being eaten. Thus far there are no known natural inhabitants- though reports tell us of Lylatians that have migrated to the planet in small portions to escape the War.

Katina Katina was once the strongest hold the Cornerian Empire possessed in the Lylat System. Now it is the last surviving remnant of that great empire. Bases are still located there, and it is the only planet in the system that is fighting against the rebel groups that threaten to take control.

Macbeth A once hollow planet, the center of Macbeth has since been filled in, both naturally and by Andross. Other than that, it is just a small chunk of rock with a barely breathable atmosphere. It still contains remnants of the many Venomian supply bases that had littered its gray, barren, exterior.

Solar The sun of the Lylat System; it has grown considerably since past times. It is growing ever closer to death; it was old as it was in the times of prosperity. Lylatians still have a very, VERY long time before it goes nova, though.

Titania Vast sand dunes, jagged peaks to the south, a great oasis nearer the equator of the planet; this is Titania. Known for many, many, many centuries to have been a barren and near lifeless planet, this belief was broken some 50 years ago when the Rebellion attempted to take the planet as their base of operations. They were met with opposition in the form of a race of blue jackals, bearing strong resemblance to most Lylations with minor differences genetically. These are the Barkule, the only true natives to the planet to date aside from the many natural species, of which over the course of time have all but eliminated the mutants once roaming the sands.

Venom Once a polluted and desolate planet, since its waters were cleaned and neutralized the planet has prospered. Being one of the only planets with a stable government and economy right now it has remained strictly neutral, not allowing any fighting on the planet and claiming no alliance to any faction. The Prime Minister sheltered the Barkule for awhile when they had been driven off their own planet, but that has been the extent of its involvement. Its capital was named New Corneria, but there are many other cities and small towns spread out around the planet in different areas. Venom has done well to keep its neutrality, though one must wonder how long that will last.

Zoness It had been getting better. The pollution, that is. The Cornerians had finally realized the error of their ways, and were beginning to fix it. Then the rebellion began. Environmentalism was pushed aside in the war effort, and byproducts galore were again being dumped into its oceans. Now Zoness is worse than it was before, though a few live on a single floating colony there, like its sister planet, Aquas.
