Hi there everyone. How’s everyone on their friday? Hopefully good. After a long day, I am back home, ready to present you with another daily RRF. It took me quite a while to think of something for today, then i decided to go back to Classic… but avoid the regular storyline all together and focus on a different Classic Game; Battle & Chase. This racing game was nothing short of awesome, a shame its JP only, but a limited version of it was released in the MegaMan X Collection and is unlockable. Today we look at one of the cars in that game: ‘Cool Mobile’. This little sled-like car was driven by IceMan in this game. I personally didn’t care for the car itself, but the traction of his tires are a god-send in the south pole level. I got so sick and tired of spinning out all the time as other drives and its a reason I’ve got some killer times in that course. This car does have 2 nice and effective weapons installed in it as well with IcePillar and IceSlasher. IcePillar creates a mini IceTower that causes an opponents car to spin-out, whereas IceSlasher will totally freeze their car, deeming them unable to steer and, if in the south pole area, making them more likely to fall into a chasm and lose precious time in the race. Overall, the attacks are nice and the tires are one of the best in the game, though the car itself is a little bit cheap.
