Hey folks,
Wanted to let everyone know what the new way for uploading will look like. In the past, I've had to dig through the forum looking for finished works to upload... until I made the "Ok, the time has come" thread which was fairly successful. We got a lot of files uploaded fairly easily with very little hassle. The reason the new system works is because it is the responsibility of each artist (and not me) to ensure that every file is uploaded and current. So this is what we will do: every two or three weeks, I'll post another "Upload Session" thread, and you all will do essentially what you did for the past thread, and I'll upload everything. This way I don't have to constantly keep checking back but can rather upload in batches, solving myself some trouble and letting you guys spot errors so I can fix them. The next upload session will be in about a week or so, depending on my schedule. Thanks guys. :) |

So whats the point of the "complete works" subforum at all the as the uploading would be done via single threads? Couldn't those thread(s) be in like some sort of annoucment subforum?

I agree with Col's proposal (I understand the techincal issues behind).
I would recommend to "close" the Uploading thread: you could either bock it and/or just write stop till next session. It is also intersting what wrote Golliveinen: "Ready.." threads are first of all an announcement of a "final" version of something maybe discussed in other threads. Some hints about would be helpful. BTW thank you for your efforts! Lazer_ :D ne |

So everything that's ready should be in the: ''the time has come'' topic?

Read:
I've moved this thread to the New Uploads Announcements forum and deleted the Completed Works forum. Once I make a new uploading thread, you can all post your new drawings there, does that make sense? |

So did you already uploaded all drawings from the latest active topics? For instance my Kingdom of the Netherlands drawings? Or do I have to post them again when you start the new topic?

No.
What's so difficult to understand here, again? Wait until I start the next uploading batch, then post it there. |
