INTRODUCTIONS

    Hey everyone! My name is TALLIE and my life story is 17 pages long. I've been writing stories for over 10 years of my life now, and I don't plan on stopping any time soon. I live in a small town in Pennsylvania, and would trade it for pretty much anything.

    I write a lot of things, though I prefer to focus on longer works of writing. I have written a novel, but after I re-read it, I decided I didn't like it, so I threw it in the trash. That's the life span of a first novel. Novel writing is an art, it's impossible to do it right the first time. So we start again. I have started another one, and have most of the plans done for a third. And there's plenty more ideas where those came from.

    This year, I wrote my first full length stage play. It was based on the novel Candy by the fabulous Kevin Brooks. His publisher gave me permission to write the adaptation, and I completed the assignment for my graduation project.

    I also write the occasional short story, though that is going to become my primary genre come September. I am in the inaugural class of Creative Writing at my high school, so obviously I will be writing a lot of short things.

    I don't write much poetry. I really don't. I'm not good with rhyming, or being particularly brief. However, this is another skill I'm going to have to learn next year. So I guess I'd better practice some this summer.

    I also enjoy journalism. I write and edit my school's newspaper. It's something I'd like to pursue in college as well. But as far as for a career, I just want to teach the stuff. Journalism is a tough world, guys.

    Outside of writing, but within the arts, I've acted since about 6th grade. However, I don't really like it anymore. I'd rather be behind the scenes directing, which I feel in love with during my sophomore year when I participated in my high school's student directed Shakespeare festival.

    I also appreciate all types of dance. I dance ballroom and swing myself, and dance at our local swing club, The Green Door, as often as I can. However, I absolutely adore ballet, modern, and contemporary dance. Mia Michaels is a choreography goddess, as far as I'm concerned. I could watch people dance her choreography until I die.

    As far as other hobbies go, I enjoy roleplaying, walking my dog, pretending to know how to make graphics, chasing my cats, listening to good music (see below to find out what good music is), watching tv, going to the beach, planning trips, cooking, taking long drives with the sun roof open, reading anything I can get my hands on, and playing board/card games.

    I absolutely adore music. Good music. I listen, primarily, to Sirius 21 Alt Nation. I like almost all of the artists they play on there. Beck, My Chemical Romance, Jack Johnson, Incubus, Weezer, Coldplay, Taking Back Sunday, The Cold War Kids, Flobots, The Used, Fall Out Boy, Panic!At the Disco, and Death Cab For Cutie. I also enjoy Imogen Heap, Chopin, Tyler Hilton, Bethany Joy Galeotti, Brian Greenberg, Jason Mraz, and Creed.

    I don't like country music. At all. It makes my ears bleed. Any of the Disney rugrat popstars will have the same effect. I'm not a big fan of rap, though if it's playing, I will dance to it. I don't really like jazz, but funk is a pretty awesome sound. Classic Rock and 80s Rock are pretty awesome as well.

    I like to watch TV. Unforunately, most of my shows aren't on right now. I watch So You Think You Can Dance?, House, Supernatural, One Tree Hill, The Paper, America's Next Top Model, The Tyra Banks Show. I also enjoy Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel the Series, Friends, and That 70s Show. Ninja Warrior is also pretty freakin' awesome.

    I would say that's pretty much all you need to know about me?

IT'S ZACK ATTACK!
ME!

    Howdie there! I go by Zack EVERYWHERE. I'm fifteen and writing is one of the greatest parts of my life. I knew when I was five years old, making small picture books that I wanted to be an author. I used to be a HUGE story writer until I ventured to poetry. Now, I'm stuck in the words of wisdom, description, and metaphors.

    I enjoy making graphics, writing of course, music, web design, hanging out with friends, and being helpful and friendly! I love to make people happy and make people laugh because it makes me happy..and it makes me laugh.

    I live in the most BORING town in all of America. In Mississippi. I'm not a redneck, so get it straight before you start thinking I am. =]

    Somethings I am pretty much obessed over are: THE BEATLES, HOT CHIP, THE SIXTIES, ANDY WARHOL,
    EDIE SEDGWICK, SIENNA MILLER, MANUEL TRAXLER,
    GEORGIA FROST, VINCENT LACROQ, WOLF PARADE,
    SHEARWATER, DAVID BOWIE, VELVET UNDERGROUND,
    THE FACTORY GIRL, AND YOU!

    My favorite bands include: Hot Chip, David Bowie, The Futureheads, Santogold, The Pinker Tones, Shearwater, Wolf Parade, Iron and Wine, The Beatles, Arctic Monkeys, Buddy Holly, Weezer, The Kooks, Low vs. Diamond, Nirvana, The Sounds, and TONS more. I don't have the time to list all of them. I love indie music, electro rock music, and folk music.

    That's pretty much me. Well not pretty much because I didn't go into DEEP detail. But I hope you have a better understanding!

`` SARAHLILLY.

The name is Sarahlilly and I'm nineteen years old. I live in a very dull part of England where nothing ever happens and it always rains. There isn't really much to say except for the fact that I take a lot of pride in knowing that I gave dear TALLIE her nickname! I could ramble on about my hobbies and interests and all of that, but I really don't want to and I doubt you want to hear it.

I'll stick with the basics, which are that I am a college student studying Psychology. I plan to be a Clinical Psychologist, though I used to want to be a screenwriter and author. I got an A* grade in English last year which was just fantastic since a very tiny percentage of people ever obtain that. I study English Language too, as my minor - but I find it extremely dull. There's no creativity, just analysis and theories.

I'm obsessed with Good Charlotte and Silverchair, which are my two favourite bands of all time. Another great band is Mostly Autumn, who I know and adore and have been following around the country for about seven or eight years now. I've been thanked on a few of their albums, even. How cool is that?

I'm also a massive fan of shows like Heroes, Supernatural, One Tree Hill, The OC, Gossip Girl and Higher Ground. I love to rp these shows, especially the ones that are off air now. I also write fan fiction for some of these genres, though I began writing at the age of 11 for the Stargate SG-1 genre.

Most of my writing is done in rp form as it helps me to relax, unwind and vent. I have Myalgic Encephalomyelitis and Fibromyalgia (a type of rheumatism) which means that I can't get out much. I don't have much of a social life, but I manage. Since I spend a lot of time at home, I'm pretty much always online working on something.

Milo Ventimiglia is my god - no kidding.

Oh yeah, one more thing - I'm engaged to the most wonderful boy in the world. Who just happens to be a James Lafferty clone.

KAMIKAZEMISSION.

Hey everyone! KamikazeMission here, but I go by Kristin in real life. I'm a 19 year old history major at George Mason University, and I'll be starting my senior year in the fall. After that, I plan on going for my masters in secondary education so I can teach high school history.

I write, read and draw way too much. I work occaisonally on a webcomic that I have yet to put on the web, and I like to write young adult and urban fantasy. For some reason, my short stories are normally horror, which is strange because it's not even one of my favorite genres.

I live with my boyfriend, dog, 2 cats, 2 rats and snake. Our condo is getting kind of full, so hopefully I will be able to stop myself from acquiring any more pets or things that are too big for a condo in the first place.

I listen mainly to Metal and Folk, along with some Indie, Pop and Bluegrass, although, ironically, I can't stand generic Country. Favorite bands/artists include but are not limited to:

Kamelot, Guns n' Roses, Heart, Finntroll, Falconer, Aimee Mann, Loreena McKennitt, Nickel Creek, Josh Ritter, and Matt Costa.

I'm mildly obsessed with House, M.D. and Hugh Laurie, and I'm unhealthily obsessed with Firefly and Adam Baldwin.

I really like talking to new people, so don't be afraid to send me a message!

LOGAN.

    Bonjour! Mon nom est Logan et j'ai dix-sept ans.

    Hola! Me nombre es Logan, y tengo diecisiete años.

    Now, how about saying that in English?

    Hello! My name is Logan, and I am seventeen years old. For the record, I do NOT speak French or Spanish, though I wish I did. Those little translations above took me several seconds to work through, which shames me.

    I live in Indiana, which I promise is not as boring as it sounds. Lots of Amish people, loads and loads of corn, and crazy, crazy weather. I love storms, which we have been getting quite a lot of recently, thank God. I also love the cold, which is a little hard right now, since it happens to be summer. And summer in Indiana = HOT.

    My interests... writing, of course. I also love to read, which kind of goes hand-in-hand with writing. Acting is a passion of mine, and I considered going for it in college, but I have finally decided against that. Most of my friends are going into acting and music, and I expect a few to get to Broadway, but the career path is too rocky for me.

    As for a real career after college, I haven't got much of a clue as to what I want to do. My cousin and I always joke about opening up a coffee shop in some archaic city and living off of that, while writing our lives away, but it will never happen. Hopefully I will get to college and make some real decisions about my life, but we will see.

    I love almost all types of music, and country music happens to be my favorite. Rap happens to be one of the few genres I dislike, though there are a few songs I will listen to and enjoy. I like writing to music, and I have found that different songs will influence my writing in different ways. Because of this, I have to be extremely careful when selecting music to write to.

    On to television. I don't watch a lot of TV, actually, because I prefer social activities. There are, however, a few shows I will never give up. The first on this list is The Office. It is, without a doubt, the funniest show I have ever seen. I am also a fan of American Idol, though I am slightly ashamed to admit it. Survivor is a good one, but I'm not bound to it like I am The Office.

    I also am horribly guilty of slipping into British spellings at times. I grew up reading Tolkien and other British authors, so I naturally learned to spell things the British way. Since starting high school I have worked hard to correct myself, but I occasionally have my moments and flashbacks, if you want to call them that.

    That is more than enough about me, and I'm very happy to meet you all!

kezzorilla rex!

    Hey-o! I’m Kezzie and I’m seventeen years old. I live on the east coast of the USA and I’m on my way to college for the first time this August! My declared major of the moment is Criminology – I’m obsessed with it, really, anything within the criminal justice field interests me. Law & Order, CSI, Criminal Minds, you name the show and I’ve probably seen it!

    In fact, I can actually process a crime scene realistically – thanks to my high school after school activity thing. My CSI team actually won for the state and we’re headed to nationals from June 23rd – June 28th. Anyways, this isn’t a crime scene, this is a writing board! Get back on topic, Kezzie!

    I’ve been writing for a good chunk of my life. I’ve never really written the ‘happy, fluffy’ stuff, so maybe I’ll stretch myself here. I absolutely hate writing poetry, with a fiery passion. And you’re hard-pressed to find good poetry I like to read, but there’s some out there, I’ve seen it! Generally, I write short stories and stuff, but I wouldn’t be opposed to a novel-length anything. As for my other likes and stuff, uh…

    I am a huge pop culture buff; I make references no one gets all the time. My favorite movies include: Fight Club (I’m obsessed with this movie), Pan’s Labyrinth, Children of Men, Shaun of the Dead, etc. You get the idea – I’m not a rom-com kind of chick, I like action and depression and deeper meanings! I’m a book worm and my favorite books have to include: Fight Club (again, obsessed), 1984, Knockemstiff, The Road, Sex, Drugs & Cocoa Puffs. Some of my favorite shows include: Lost, Grey’s Anatomy (a guilty pleasure), Firefly, Doctor Who and all sorts of other ones (I’m partial to BBC America stuff for some unexplained reason). What’s that? What about my music?

    Well, I’m a certified concert junkie. I’ve been to Warped Tour five times in three years, Projekt Revolution and any number of smaller, club concerts (as well as bigger ones – like when Linkin Park was touring in February). I’ve met probably fifty bands, including my favorite of all time: Senses Fail. Buddy isn’t my lover, he’s my husband. Other favorite bands include: The Matches, Ludo, Flobots, Nirvana, Foo Fighters, System of a Down, etc. As you can see, I like rock – and all the subgenres that entails. I can get into the pop-y-er stuff, but I can’t go to straight pop – and I hate country.

    As for everything else in my life… I RP (you’ll probably see me around) – mostly screwed up characters with more issues than days of the week, hah – I write – hence, here I am – I spread myself thin – I’m staff on some other boards around. Anything more you want to know, feel free to talk to me, I’m friendly! And I probably won’t bite… probably.

HOLA!
    Como estas? Me llamo Briana. Yo hablo espanol un poco.

    Hello! My name's Briana. I'm 16 years old.

    I live in the States. Illinois to be exact. Where I live there is a total of 2,200 people and corn on all four sides of us. We have a total of 11 grain bins. We're also one of those towns that has tracks and one side of the tracks is good and the other is bad. You know, like in The Outsiders by S.E Hinton? That's one of my favorite books.

    But a few things you should know about me...Hmm.

    I often speak Spanish randomly. I'll be in my third year when school starts up again. I'm good at speaking it just really horrible at writing it.

    And speaking of writing, that's what I do. I've been doing it since I was 8. I started out with really really horrible horror stories that you will never want to read in your life. Actually, I don't think I have any left.

    I'm 16 but right now I'm a huge supporter of the democratic party. I love Barack Obama and am rooting for him in the 2008 election. His win of Hilary Clinton brought me a lot of joy.

    I am also a huge supporter of the fight against AIDS and poverty. I'm a member of the ONE Organization. I also support (RED).

    My ultimate dream is to join the fight against AIDS in either the business aspect of things or the science aspect of things. There is nothing more I would like to do with my life then help.

Hi, I'm Ember. The name came from the day one of my friends decided to go by his 'celebrity name' D-Phil (like J-Lo, K-Fed, A-Rod, etc), and he was like "what's your's? M-Bur, hey, like Ember!" So, yeah. I live in Ontario, Canada and I'm 15, turning 16 in a couple months, but my family members (and me, on occasion...) tend to forget how old I am.

I enjoy the arts, but suck at them, and kick ass at academics, but find them boring. Writing is my crossover, because English is sort of academic, so I'm good at it, and I love it because it's an art. I also play guitar, but I'm not that good. I like art, but again, not so great at it. My life plan is to finish high school on the honour roll, graduate a computer science program at university, and become a computer programmer by day and novelist by night. Or superhero. I haven't decided yet. But I like programming because I love getting all worked up in problems and rambling at people about them until I work them out at about 2 AM. Once I make enough money writing, I'll move to Ireland where I'll have a castle in the country and a flat in the city.

My absolute favourite author is R.L. Stevenson, I love Treasure Island and The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. I also like Call of the Wild, The Lovely Bones, and A Tale of Two Cities.

I love listening to music, I mostly listen to hard/classic/normal rock and classical and spanish guitar. My favourite artists are: Pearl Jam, Rodrigo Y Gabriela, Thornley, Three Days Grace, Led Zeppelin, Aerosmith, The Beatles, Coverdale/Page, Santana, Queens of the Stone Age, Disturbed, Savage Garden (90's pop kicks ass, no matter what anyone says). Can't stand country, bad rap (there's good rap that's listenable, but I don't like it), or most pop.

I love old animated Disney movies (Fox & the Hound, Robin Hood, etc) and retro cartoons (Bugs Bunny & Tweety Show, etc). I love Bones and House, but the season's over, so now I watch Instant Star and (if I hadn't missed the premier) My Boys. I'm also a big Friends fan, so don't be surprised if I randomly start quoting it. Actually, if I quote anything it's probably either Friends or the movie Almost Famous.

Other than that, I love thunderstorms, cherries, dark chocolate, sunsets (not as big on sunrises - too early morning), cats, huskies, those days in the winter when there's snow but it's not in the way and it's sunny and warm out and there's no wind and you don't even need a coat *gasp*, and just thinking. Although occasionally that doesn't end well.

Wow, I'd never have thought I could write that much about me. Huh. Well, feel free to message me, but I'll warn you I'm generally not that talkative. I'm a good listener, though.

Hello! I'm Adrienne, which isn't a nickname or anything cool like that. I'm eighteen and have been writing since I was in first grade. I used to write just short stories, longer stories, and huge novel-length slash fan fictions (the major ones of which I haven't finished yet... heh...), but I branched into poetry in tenth grade and have joined the poets societies in my area and took a poetry class at Dickinson College and now poetry and I are rather serendipitous. Whew.

I'm basically all about writing. After a summer of writing and working I'm shipping off to Kenyon College to major in English with an emphasis in creative writing. I daydream about supporting myself as a freelance writer, which is going to go great with the Frenchboy's dream of supporting himself as a flute performer. We dream big.

Besides my uber-involvement in writing (the workshops, classes, poets societies, more workshops, literary magazine, and school newspaper... I had NO free time last school year...) I'm a black belt in Tang Soo Do and a big fan of badminton. I'm pretty good at website and graphic design. I also work at Kmart, where I get much of my character inspiration these days.

My interest in art inhabits my computer but also extends beyond to beading and book altering and collage (not to be confused with scrapbooking, which I tend not to be very good at since a) I have no photographs of anything and b) I tend to get most of my imagery out of the load of college junk mail shipped to me in the past year and a half). Oh, and I've kept a series of collaged journals/art journals called the Journals of DOOM since the second half of ninth grade and now I'm in the twelfth one, called Dodecadoom.

I spend a lot of time with my boyfriend, Frenchboy. He plays the flute. We've been together more than a year. I waste a lot of time that I should be writing playing The Sims 2 and Rollercoaster Tycoon 1. I like art books and Terry Pratchett and Harry Potter and what I've read so far of Breakfast of Champions. My favorite movie is Blast from the Past (have you ever seen it?) which, incidentally, contains a song by my favorite band, Everclear. (I liked the old Everclear, the newer group just isn't the same.) TV shows, uh, they're scattered, I like a million off-season things that I don't have time to watch (Monk, Psych, Bones, Chuck... okay maybe only a handful).

So, that's approximately me.

    Hey ya'll, I'm Moxy but I can deal with being called Mo. Just don't try the oxy jokes though (so old). That is a nick name, by the way, it's my online alias and I prefer not to use my real name online. I am turning sixteen in the middle of July, I cannot wait to drive. Oh, I'm also a girl from Canada.

    I'm here because of the main idea of sharing stories and such (the cute skin helped too). I've been writing for a while now, I probably wrote my first novella when I was twelve or so. I've done a dozen or so Harry Potter fan fic stories which I've kinda let die over the winter...I participated in NaNo in 2007 (and won). I'm doing SocNoc right now as well and this will be the second novel I'm hoping to complete. My major flaw in writing is not inside the writing itself but me. I often get distracted and bored of my stories and quit. I have quite a lot of unfinished novels on my hard drive. Another flaw is that I stick to the same genres usually...I'm usually trying a new spy story, a crime mystery or something. Got to spread my wings and it's challenging, I must admit.

    I am a bookworm, that's where I found my love for reading. I love reading and I believe that by reading more I will become a better writer. I am a huge fan of the Harry Potter series (even more a huge fan girl of Snape). I'm really falling for Twilight nowadays as well. I really like spy books such as CHERUB, Alex Rider and the Gallagher Girls. Other books I usually reread include Fearless FBI, the Uglies, Mediator, 1-800-WHERE ARE YOU, The Terrorist, The Clique, the James Cross series, the Woman's Murder Club and the Da Vinci Code. My favourite author has to be James Patterson, I absolutely love James Cross, the Woman's Murder Club and Maximum Ride. Tom Clancy's up there though. But above all these books is my all-time favourite (it's on its third year now) The President's Assassin by Brian Haig.

    Other than writing, I'm starting to fiddle around with Photoshop. Lots of fun there. I also RP (mainly Harry Potter ). But besides sitting at the computer screen, I live a rather busy life. I play competitive ice hockey and soccer for my city as well, I speed skate. I love sports, I am a bit of a health nut and do keep in shape as best as I can. I also have a history of playing baseball (quit this year), lacrosse, basketball, volleyball and way back when, I was a figure skater.

    More randomness, I love classic rock but can deal with a lot of new things. My favourite song is tied between Paradise By The Dashboard Lights (Meatloaf), I Don't Like Mondays (Boomtown Rats), Bohemian Rhapsody (Queen), Where Is The Love? (Black Eyed Peas), Bleed It Out (Linkin Park) and The Best Damn Thing (Avril Lavigne). My favourite band of all time is Queen and I have seen We Will Rock You. My all time favourite movie is no contest, The Lion King I easily wins. Other faves include Con Air, The Rock, National Treasure, Indiana Jones, Die Hard, Across the Universe, Sydney White, Bourne series, SWAT, Bridge to Terebithia, Pearl Harbour and Stick It. 24 is my favourite tv show, no contest again for that. I really don't like reality tv but I did like watching Rock the Cradle on MTV (Jesse should've won). Other faves are NCIS, Criminal Minds, What I Like About You and Jetstream.

    So that's basically me. I'm just finishing my sophmore year at high school and I'm usually an honour roll student (probably not this semester though). I have no clue what I am going to do with my future but I would love to be an author or a book reviewer. But even more, I would love to be a tactical helicopter pilot for the Canadian Forces. But then again, I would love to study criminology or study history, study the Ancient Greeks or become a police officer. I don't, it's all a mess.

    There you have it, Moxy for you.

    Oh, ps, I love to rant and ramble on. This post looks a little long right now but thankfully, it's short compared to what it would've been if I had said it all.

    Hey, I go by Vida as you can probably tell from my username. That isn't my real name, but I don't like my real name so I don't generally use it. I turned sixteen a few weeks ago, but I keep accidentally telling people I'm fifteen. I'm addicted to sarcasm and roleplaying, so you may have seen me at a roleplaying site at some point. Um... I've been writing for a very long time, but I have the attention span of... an animal with a very short attention span, so I haven't finished anything except for one terrible, extremely predictable murder mystery short story. I have millions of beginnings and ideas, but at the moment I don't have any major inspiration. I'm working on a few things, though. Someone recently advised me to write the exciting parts of a story first, which used to be what I tried not to do, so now I'm going to attempt to take that advice and hopefully finish something. Characters are the most important parts of my stories, because I absolutely have to understand them and make them seem real. I like writing things that are different from "normal" such as stories about crazy people and stories with no protagonists. I don't usually write poetry, but when I do it's morbid and doesn't rhyme. I try to be witty and eloquent all the time, but it doesn't usually work. So you'll probably see me saying things like "um" and "yeah" quite frequently. I like to think that I'm very deep and philosophical, so I try and incorporate some of that into my writing. I'm also very into apocalyptic/futurisitc stories. Other than that, I like music, being by myself, singing, watching random movies, and annoying people. One of my quirks is that I'm only sarcastic (and kind of mean) around the people that I'm close to. Uh... I generally suck at introductions and putting things in order, and I can't think of anything else to write right now although stuff will probably come to me at an inconvenient time. Oh, I'm also a grammar and spelling freak (more so with spelling) which annoys most of my friends.

yo! so i go by stace, staceface, etc but my real name is staci; i know, phwoah, great big difference there. x] i'm fifteen years old and i live in a small, dreary town with a worryingly high crime rate located in scotland. i obsess over noel fielding, the horrors and other music/comedies such as robots in disguise, iamx, ed byrne, russell brand, the it crowd, stuffs like that. i adore bright clothes, neon colours, anything happy, my friends, my music, stand-up comedians, myspace and bebo. i hate facebook, scene queens/kings, gossip girl, alex evans (due to him being overused, not a personal vendetta against the guy) and one tree hill. i love to write and roleplay of couuurse and i absolutely despisedespisedespise school. it makes me sad inside. uuuuh what else? i couldn't live without my phone, laptop, hairwax, gel spray, hair straighteners and many colours of eyeliner. i have maths homework and english homework for later and the thought of it fills me with dread. x] i hate them that muuuch. ummm i can't really think of anything else to say so i'll leave you with a pic or two. <33

i've got your picture, i'm coming with you
dear victoria, count me in

*mkays, the name on the birth certificate states that i'm victoria ashley and then a last name that no one can pronounce, let alone spell.
but instead of using that, just call me vic or something, i really don't care.
sixteen years old, seventeen september 28
i'm a senior in high school when school starts again in september [rocking the zéro-huit] and sadly i don't have a license yet.
i think my mother thinks i'd end up killing either her or someone else if i were behind the wheel.

*soccer is my game and i think i'm the bestest, so deal with it.
no but really, i'm probably not the greatest player ever, but i got some skills.
currently playing played for my high school team my junior year and plan on trying out for my senior year as well

*i took four years of spanish, but i doubt i could even ramble off a detailed sentance anymore.
my mind has been invaded with french instead.
going to be taking my third year of that next year.

*i have ambitions, though people might often question that
for serious though, when i graduate high school and go off to college, i plan on majoring in journalism.
and if my dream of being a writer falls through, i'd lurve to be a lawyer.

*writing is a passion of mine, and while all the short stories i somehow manage to finish end up in the trash, its the process of writing them that i enjoy.
poetry is my guilty pleasure despite the feeling i can't write a decent poem that's always there when i finish one, so expect a lot of those.
i like to challenge myself to try different styles or genres.
i currently co-own an RP site on which i've managed to spread myself super thin with all the crazy plots i've managed to get my characters in.
i love creating drama for my RP characters, any characters in general really; it's a lot of fun to write.

*outside of writing but still in the general art genre, i love acting.
i've been a part of every play and musical production my school has put on since seventh grade.
i'm not normally someone who enjoys the spotlight, but i love the sort of aspect portraying a certain character brings.
outside of plays, i am in love with photography.
currently saving up for a decent camera and hope to maybe enroll in a class over the summer.

*there's this girl, and her name is elmo
she's the love of my life and my bestest friend ever.
and no, her name's not elmo, it's machielle nicole de swanson, but everyone calls her eli, hence the nickname elmo.
she tends to call me cookie monster.
but that launches a whole other story.
she's been a rock in my life and i'm glad to have a friend like her.

*speaking of friends, they are life and i lurves making new ones.
i just don't like meeting new people, in person i mean.
"i like people, i just don't like meeting them".
or so my mother always says.

*think you know me, guess again.
those who think they have me all figured out haven't even begun to untangle themselves from the twisted web that is my life.
drama is gay, so don't start it.
everyone needs a little drama every know and then.
that's what makes life, life.
"i fail at life, but i own at candyland".
dood my bestest friend jazzy kicks butt.
you wish you were as awesome as she is.

*music is my drug and i'm addicted.
fall out boy is overrated, thought i can't seem to get rid of the ridiculous notion that i like their music.
or how much of a babe peter wentz is. sorta. kinda. not really.
don't ask, even i don't understand me.
william beckett will marry me my evil twin who doesn't exist someday just because tai... is bomb, which leaves me free to marry whoever i want
i want hayley williams hair like a lot

*my fave music in my iTUNES
    * 1997
    * the academy is...
    * alesana
    * all time low
    * as i lay dying
    * atreyu
    * the audition
    * august burns red
    * be your own pet
    * the black dahlia murder
    * blessthefall
    * boys like girls
    * caesura

    * death cab for cutie
    * drop dead, gorgeous

    * flyleaf
    * forever ends today
    * forever the sickest kids
    * from first to last
    * funeral for a friend
    * gym calss heroes
    * haste the day
    * hellogoodbye
    * high on fire
    * hit the lights
    * jack's mannequin
    * lovehatehero
    * meg and dia
    * mindless self indulgence
    * the minor times
    * minus the bear
    * misaduno
    * modern life is war
    * motion city soundtrack
    * my chemical romance
    * new year's day
    * panic (!!!) at the disco
    * paramore
    * phantom planet
    * the rocket summer
    * scary kids scaring kids
    * seether
    * shiny toy guns
    * tokio hotel
    * the used
    * we the kings
*i'm random and i say stupid things a lot, so if you're reading in the c-box one day and all of a sudden it says something like "pineappleupsidedowncake" or "bubble", it's only me.
i think bubble is a funny word, but don't ask me why because i have no idea.

*i could probably ramble off a lot more about myself (conceited much? no), but i think i'll stop here.

Well, bonjour y'all! I'm Katie, and I have a problem. This problem is called an incredibly unreliable muse who finds writing things uninteresting after a while. Anyways, we can get to that later. xD

I'm fifteen, nearly sixteen, and Canada is my hometooown. Well, actually, Toronto is, but I moved to Vancouver a while ago. And the West Coast is much less snowy in the winter. Je l'aime beaucoup. Um ... I love sports, and I get pretty rowdy at times. Right now, I play soccer, field hockey, basketball, and tennis. If I could, though, I would totally take up ice hockey as well. Us Canadians do like our hockey. =D When I'm not running around after a ball of some sorts, I kind of bounce around like one. I'm pretty hyper. My friends think I'm mental, and I can be sort of sexual but not awkward about it. One of my favourite things to do is run around like an idiot.

On the other hand, I can be sort of semi not rowdy at times. When that happens, I read or write! Right now, I'm reading two books (besides my science textbook, of course ... ). One is Middlesex by Jeffery Eugenides, and you should REALLY read it. It's amazing. The other one is called The Glass Castle by Jeanette Walls, and it is also INCREDIBLE. READ THEM NOW.

Anyways, my problem is that I tend to get started on things, get really excited for a week or two, and then just lose muse and give up. If y'all can help me out with that, I would totally love you. Anyways, that's me in a nutshell. Peace and love, trixes.

    Well, hi. =) I'm not allowed to give out my real name online anymore, so you can call me Elle! I'm sixteen and just finished my junior year of highschool.

    I'm immature and hyper and overly polite and probably take some getting used to. I've been told that my excess energy and happiness can be annoying, so feel free to tell me to shut up when I get in a particularly hyper mood. =P

    I like smileys. They're cool. =DD

    Umm... I love to read. Gilmore Girls is my favorite television show, or was. I'm a frequent movie-goer and love music. I play guitar and I'm in choir.

    I don't really know how much longer I can talk about myself... I like randomly switching into foreign languages that I know snipettes of, so don't be confused if I yell at you in Latin. xD

    And I'll stop now. =D
