I'm having trouble finishing up Boss Road in ZX:A. I'm using Grey for his higher attack power, but I haven't managed to get past Helios....

Does anybody have any tips? Would Ashe be a better choice for her slightly different model powers?

I feel your pain, I made it to the halfway mark and got totaled.

Anyway, I suggest maxing out some Subs and a try not to use the Lock On ability, (only use it when it is a necessity for defeating the faster than norm bosses) rther, stock up for a Giga Attack and save it until a boss has reached half HP.

Good luck!

Heh, I only start out with two subtanks (you aren't allowed more than that) and there's no refill, much to my chagrin (I kinda hoped after the Falseroids they'd give you something... but no, jumps right into Atlas' fight...)

I never use lock on, save for the Shisharoids, because that's the most effective way to kill them, and I always find I land in the wrong spot with Giga Crush... so yeah, I guess it's half luck and half knowing the boss' moves ;_;

I'd kick myself for Revival, but NOBODY posts here.

I cleared Boss Road (FINALLY!) yesterday. I'm so proud of myself >_>;

For those who still have yet to clear it, use Chronoforce. Seriously, it makes it far easier, if only slowing down the bosses moves to let you learn the moves to dodge them by rote.

This may sound like a really stupid and noobish question but I have to ask. Trying to make this board more active is my driving reason for this. Uhhh how do you unlock boss road? Is it in the US verison? O.o

The official name is "Survival Road," but that often sends people into the 'what's that?' mode. Ironically.
