hi,im new to this,i would like to build a nitro puller,what axle,tire gears or type of drive do i use,wheel hubs,ect. once i know how to build the rear drive the rest is going to be a breeze,please help the new kid on the block,i checked several sites and to no eval did i succed,a little help to get started.

I would suggest giving Hooter Chassis a call.
If I were building a Nitro puller, I'd use a steel rod rear end with a chain or gear drive up to the engine. For hubs, I'd say try to find someone that makes hub adapters to put Clod Buster wheels on a solid metal axle. Then use Clod tires and wheels. Hope this helps. |
