Of course, here we are again. You sure are diligent, looking up the rules like this.

-The most obvious: Don't post rated R or above recommendations.
-Anything that slanders other religious groups or other ethnicities is not allowed; it can be mild, but, even though we said that this is on a moral/ethical scale, that still depends on your own moral/ethic beliefs.
-Don't take other people's recommendations and say that they're yours. Plagiarism can get you kicked from anime club.
-Please include a short summary of your recommendation so people actually know what you're recommending. It's common sense and very helpful.
-Recommend all you want, but if you have multiple recommendations, don't split it up into multiple groups to get more virtual money, even though it may make you feel rich.
