King Arthur CXCIX: King of the largest kingdom of the Foggy Isle, King Arthur CXCIX is the ruler of all Kamelot. The current King Arthur is young; having come to his throne early due to the untimely death of his father. He has proven himself capable, however. He is as just and wise as those who have gone before him and it is obvious he strives to maintain the kingdom of Kamelot's reputation. A well accomplished swordsman himself, King Arthur sits at the head of the Knights of the Round table. He also seems to be maintaining the strange but beneficial relationship between Kamelot and Avalon.
First Knight;Galen Evraine: An accomplished swordsman, Galen Evraine sits at the right hand of King Arthur as First Knight of the Knights of the Round Table. He serves as the leader of the order when the King is absent and is usually the one the King turns to for advice about the actions of this most famous of all Knight orders. The office of First Knight is hard won, but Galen Evraine suits it well. Calm and wise in his own right, he embodies all that Knights of the Round Table believe in and the rights they uphold. Aside from serving as a leader of the Knights of the Round Table, Galen is also a very important advisor to the King. His closest confidant, Galen also secretly serves as the King's double in times of need in order to protect him from the ill wishes of others.
Lady Morgaine: Enigmatic and mysterious, Lady Morgaine is the leader of the sorceress witches who make their home on Avalon. Like the King of Kamelot, she came into her title at an unusually young age. It is Morgaine who determines which path her people will walk in the world. It is by Morgaine's decision that Avalon remains friendly with Kamelot both in matters of military and trade. Morgaine is wise beyond her years. She is a powerful sorceress and most people are aware that it would be a mistake to cross or anger her. Still, she seems to be more concerned with the good of all than simply her own people or her own wealth and power. She has a knack for seeing the larger picture or finding the solution to a difficult problem. It seems that she is having a love affair with the young King of Kamelot, but she hasn't given any indication that she intends to abdicate her position in order to pursue it.
The High Druid: The High Druid is an old man, currently in his one hundred and twenty-seventh year. Despite his advanced age, he shows no sign of slowing down any time soon. Though he is withered, wrinkled, and his long hair and beard have turned to white, he is not weighted down by his age, does not require help to walk, and seems to have the same burning fire of life in his eyes that he carried as a young man. The High Druid is a wise man and rightfully so; he has had many years in which to gain his wisdom. He guides the Druid Order as their spiritual leader. A powerful sorcerer in his own right, the High Druid has knowledge of the powers of life and death and wields the secrets in the defense of himself and his people. Though the High Druid does not expect to be leaving this world any time soon, he is keeping a sharp eye out for an apprentice whom he will groom as his successor for when the time finally comes for him to leave this world and travel in the next.
Silkfoot Lightvolt; Pirate Captain of the Twin Moons: The most infamous pirate on the foggy seas, Silkfoot Lightvolt is Captain of the fastest ship ever built for the foggy seas; the
Twin Moons. Silkfoot has a reputation for stirring up trouble and then disappearing into the fog where no one can find him in order to exact justice or revenge. He preys upon merchant and military vessels alike, though he tends to leave fishing vessels alone. Wherever Silkfoot goes, trouble and mischief follow in his wake. Not only does he prey on other ships, stealing their wealth for himself, but he has been determined to be the source of many troubles between the sea hugging nations of the Foggy Isle. Silkfoot has a talent for lying as well as for stealing, and several people have fallen prey to his charms even when they were 'armed' with the knowledge of his true nature. Not much is known about the Captain of the infamous
Twin Moons nor how he came to he position he holds now, though rumors run wild about both man and ship. Whatever the truth may be, one thing is certain: all farers of the foggy oceans should be weary of the mischief the pirate captain brings with him.
