 converting vista files to xp format, how to?

microsoft word & powerpoint files saved with vista, I need to convert them to a format that compatible with windows xp.

someone, anyone, how to do eet?

You sure you don't mean they are saved in office 2007 format and you need them to be able to read in 2003?

Well you can either download the patch online to be able to view word/powerpoint 2007 presentations.

Or

Have the Pc that is saving the files (the Vista machine) save the files as 2003 version
to do this

Click on File
Save as
It should give you the option to save at a Word/Power point 2003 file.

next time u on a machine that has office 2007, just open the file and re-save it as a office 2003 file.
