^my original 4" flares out to 7.25" so that lil ting that not making much sense 2 me since all he doing is adding a lil flare on d end ...

yea, but the method he used is what I was looking at, if one was to get a tool like that (that is capable of making a wider flare) then they can stack up a few pieces on mdf on each other & make a port.
