If you determine that your significant other has some form of insecurity when it comes to your relationship its time to sit down and have a chat. That insecurity works 3 ways.

1) It's their problem because it's a weight on their shoulders.
2) It's both of your problem because it can and will negatively affect your relationship and
3) It's your problem because if you love someone you don't want them walking around with a mill stone around their neck. A relationship is work. Decide how much you are willing to put into it.
