You Cant Convert FLV To Mp3 Format.. Cuz FLV Is Actually A Video Format File.. Mp3 Is Jus The Audio.. However There Is A Way To Take The Audio Out Of A Video File.. I Forgot The Link.. Will Try To Get It Back Later..

http://vixy.net/paste the youtube url and select the output format u want eg mp3 avi even 3gp for phones ... then click start
