Title: What to do

So I paid this person to change my air flow and gas filter. He sprayed carburetor spray and cleaned out the gunk too. Now the problem is, my car can't start. :(
She's tumbling, but not starting. The electrician said that everything's fine concerning the current flow, and gas is pumping nicely, so it's not the fuel pump. Sniff.... :(
He says the probable cause is the plugs are flooded... :(
I am lost.

you mean the carberator flooded. you smelling plenty gas? just leave the car to stand for a 5 minutes & try to start again.

Not carburetor flooded. The spark plugs flooded. I dunno how and I lorse. I not smelling any gas. :(

babe, have you tried changing the spark plugs?
If I understand your problem properly, your engine flooded and gas soaked the plugs and bleed off the ignition voltage before it could form a spark. Cheak the choke and see if its stuck as you down there btw, preventative measure.
IMO change the plugs, or try cleaning them and replacing them.Hope I was of some help

^^ ignition feedback at the proper RPM/Freq
imogen remove ur spark plugs and air dry them,
best bet is to change them completely....iz like $10 for a regular NGK spark plug

The throttle body gone thru, thanks to the quack who spray on the sensors in it and I changed to platinum plugs.
