THERE IA AN ADVANTAGE AND A DISADVANTAGE TO THIS SITUATION. SOME PEOPLE DO NOT KNOW THERE LIMITS AT ALL. THEY WANT TO BE EATING THE ROAD AT 180-200 KM PER HOUR AND TALKING ON THERE CELL I MEAN THAT IS TRUELY RIDICULIOUS. YOU KNOWE HOW MANY LIVES ARE LOSE FOR THAT KINDA STUPID DRIVING AND ON THE OTHER HAND MOBILES ARE ESSENTIAL FOR OUR EVERY DAY USE. ITS JUST THE PEOPLE WHO DON'T HAVE OR KNOW THERE LIMITS OR CHOOSE NOT TO KNOW IT SO IT SHOULD BE BANNED WHEN DRIVING OR YOU SUFFER THE CONSCIENCES. :ban:

This is actually one of the only things tha I agree wiht what the Prime Minister said, people need to realise that the amount of lives we loose per year because we choose to talk and drive. I can recall once I was driving behind a man and I found to myself that he was continuously swirving in the middle of the road and when I pulled up alongside him he was well relaxed on his cell phone. People need to realise that speaking on a phone and driving takes ups so much concentratioin that alot of people are unable to do so. So the complete ban on it is well accepted by me. There will be alot more people to say Happy New Year on January 1st

Sorry guys but I must agree with the PM on this topic I do not See why someone can't pull over on the shoulder and use their cell, or why a dvd player has to be in the front seat of a car :dotish:

Let tell you why I am against the idea of having a dvd player in the front seat of car, last week friday i think it was i was travelling from POS to south in car that had a dvd player in the front seat, well on the dash board and it hady a very interesting comedy and every time i laughed at something the driver would take his eye of the road and look down at the player, so from that day i am totally against it

I disagree with that.I am glad he put a ban on cell phones while driving, cell phones distract the driver and less concentration is put on the driving. Therefore I agree with Manning. :ban:
