Sadly soldiers don't get the respect in the U.K. that they do in the states. The British public are really angry at our politicians and unfortunately don't seem to be able to distinguish between the government and the forces. If they don't like the government and don't agree with the war then fine, it's a free country (freedom won by soldiers blood) but they should support our armed forces. The British government used me then dumped me. There is very little support for veterans. My government doesn't seem to believe in psychological problems like 'shell shock' etc. I've seen and done some terrible things in war but the country I fought for doesn't seem to care. It's a shabla disgrace. It's good to have vode who are here for me. Thank you all. :jaster:
