I know a few of you do graphic design and I had a few questions. What would be a good program for 2D and basic 3d images within a fair price range?

I'm *not* one of those people so I have no idea what you're looking for, and I don't know what you can do with it regarding 3d, but GIMP is the freebie lookalike for PSP.

Keyword free, of course.

*blinks* I suppose. If not, it does have help files, and it's the most popular of the free image programs.
