...... Still, an interesting idea and but compared to last month's more original design this feels like an Okawara-slap-another-backpack-and-change-the-unit-number-quick-cash-in ™.

It's like the GM Juggler met the Seravee and tried to make their rendition of Cherub(im) of the Bible (the angels with 4 heads).

Personally, I think it looks neat in a strange way. Does it use the Seraphim System to control them?

QUOTE (RedComet90)

What a strange name for a Mobile Suit. It reminds me of the Archer. Am I mistaken or is 00902 numbering mean its the 2nd variant of the Seraphim Gundam?

The description called it an unmanned Seraphim, and it seems like SEMs were meant to really boost the range of the Trial System. Only, Tieria hadn't linked back with Veda when the planning for the final conflagration began, and production met with difficulties, so they abandoned this plan and went with the GNHW/B configuration instead.

On another note, shouldn't it have 10 beam sabers? Seravee has a pair in its forearms, in addition to the eight provided by the GN Cannons.

The Seravee itself doesn't seem changed much asides from the color scheme, but damn black suits it so well blink.gif Now the SEM... strange name, but it looks like a GM-ized Seraphim, and along with the color scheme it's actually kind of neat. laugh.gif

Well I'll be!! LOL
I thought there wasn't going 00V Seravee. Boy was I shot down.

I'm with hydrogenizedsoy It really does look like a copy-and-paste design. Althought, I am happy that Gundam 00 does not make Super-leaps in Mechs like Destiny dry.gif .

HomelessGal, I am wonerng myself y it just has 8 beam sabers. I guess those GM-dolls have enough power to jus install one each.

Overall: Pretty Kool color scheme, Looks Heavy as hell, and what do u guys think of all of this runs on one GN-drive. Damn these things are powerful biggrin.gif

Initial translation of the profile:

QUOTE ("mike_s6")
Seravee is a GN heavy weapons type. It comes with Seraphim, and 2 unmanned Seraphims called “Sem” for the expansion of the Trial System to a wider area, and from which Veda-linked machines with solar furnaces are rendered useless. Along with Seravee, the 2 Sems are communicated to using quantum signals from Seraphim, and this remote control interaction range is theoretically infinite. On the other hand, there is a limit to the area that the Trial System can expand to. Nevertheless, an area of a hundred kilometers can be covered, and the whole battlefield can be covered completely.

Though the development was sped up as a trump card to the enemy Innovators, manufacturing the 2 Sems was difficult, and as the current status is that its meister, Tieria, has not regained the link to Veda, the Sems are only a luggage to Seravee, and there was anxiety of being shot down before Veda was recaptured.

Because of this, Seravee sortied in the final battle with GNHW/B, which was the second plan.

Kinda neat actually.

What's interesting IMO is the SEM's use of a Cherudim SAGA-like GN SMG and Shield Bit (though both modified/simplified) mounted similarly on its knees.
A nice bit of shared development on display there.

I really like this design overall. While I can understand the "Slap-on Gimmick" criticizms this design has seen, at least the SEM's have significant aesthetic and design changes in them. The addition of the knee-mounted rifle is very reminicient of the SAGA equipment for the Cherudim we saw before (I think this just makes me like it even more).

I've always been partial to black mobile suits (thanks Titans!) and the Serpahim was a nice touch of that in 00. Making the Seraphim as a whole all black is neat, but I think as far as the layout of this whole thing goes... having so much black on the core unit but leaving the SEMs to white seems a little odd. In any case, this is certainly a breath of fresh air from previous 00V ones we've seen. I've STILL got an icky taste in my mouth from seeing that Recon Ahead abomination. Yuck!
