Hey all! Welcome to the newly opened Gundam 00 Forums! Heres a little info about me!

I've been with Gundam forums for a little while now. I first joined the "Gundam Board" at Gundam Plus. I also joined Gundam Watch and GOUF when they were around. I got my start as a moderator at the Penetrate Gunpla Forums and later moved on to create my own forum, the Titans Test Team Arc.

I attend the University of Nebraska at Omaha (not the Huskers, thats in Lincoln) as a Music Education Major. I run a Laser Tag League in town that meets about every other week at a park. I am a Gunpla Nut without the wallet to support it, so I get what kits I can on this college budget. I started getting into Gunpla after I was looking for model kits at a hobby shop. I was formerly a 1/42nd aircraft builder before I found Gunpla. I still do the occasional aircraft model, but not as much as I used to.

Hope you enjoy this new forum! I'm very excited to see what this forum can do!

So introduce yourselves! Its an easy first post.

Yo. I won't indulge in an excessive amount of personal detail like I have in past introductory threads. wink.gif I first joined the Gundam scene in 2003 when Gundam Watch was the forerunner of the online community. I skipped GOUF and joined the TTT Arc a number of months later, where I have since been asked to join the moderating team. It is my honour to continue my run as a moderator for Gundam 00 Forums.

I am a part-time college student at a community college in Washington. The seed for my fascination with rock music history was planted in my early childhood and I have grown to appreciate a wide array of rock music ranging from the timely death of Bubblegum Pop in the early 60’s to the punk movement of the 80’s and swiftly rising “Indie” scene of today. I have adopted a bucket-load of hobbies over the years, primarily focusing on skating, mountain biking, Airsofting, drawing, writing, and Gunpla.

I’m anxious to see the outcome of this forum’s potential.

Hello hello, once again this is Kira; better known in mecha circles as Homeless (And simple variations thereof). If you browse some of the bigger Gundam communities you've likely seen me running my mouth at least once. I'm a general mecha enthusiast, but Gundam holds a large place in my heart. It hooked me with Wing, reeled me in with 0080, and caught me with the rest. Even as I cheer along with the latest Super Robot show I've gotten into, I keep coming back to check out the newest additions to the franchise that got me started.

I'm a psychology major in a Washington community college, but I'm planning to transfer to a more specialized university once I'm able to. In addition to devoting entirely too much time to giant robot shows; my hobbies include video gaming, reading, and art. The latter has taken on a more electronic form in recent years, of course. tongue.gif I have a great appreciation for military aircraft, but with the slow pace that such things understandably advance, its hard to discuss it often.

Hola folks. This is EpS to most people who know me from IRC and other gundam forums, though i was Vergil on TTT Arc and some not-so-Gundam-y forums. I'v always liked mecha shows and i trhink that, like most (well, those too lazy to look for mecha anyways), it started for me with Power Rangers...but that sorta went down the crapper and i grew out of that. Wing took its place and then SEED and then everything else. I like anything that has Gundam in its name...but anything mecha preferably "real robot" is what i love most.

You will see me mostly in the artsy (if im lazy enough) and gunpla sections of the forum, though i may discuss tech issues if they come up, especially if 00 has any sort of MS lineages. I wont be doing much in the anime and ep discussion side of things cuz...well, i'v sorta 'leveled-up' and out of that phase of caring for what happens in the episode too much (hard to explain, but its now a bit of a lull discussion episodes on forums >.>)

I look forward to just how far this forum can go, especially cuz its a fan forum that isnt...well, its run by TTT Arc admins, which im quite happy about.

Yo.

I got hooked onto gundam when I ran across a Deathscythe Hell Custom action figure at a Wal-Mart and haven't looked back. I started out at Gundam Watch, cut my teeth on GOUF, and am a long time contributor to Gundam Board In Action!! as my main interest in Gundam are the MSIA.
I'm a history major/english minor at Wheaton College in Illinois and am a native of California (I hate the weather here.....alot). I'm the president of the college chapter of the International Justice Mission, an avid swing dancer, and have weakness for chocolate frozen yogurt. Gunpla serves as my medium of relaxation when the stress builds up.

Hi! Some of you may recognise me as Dendrobium Stamen, one of the admins over at Gundam Evolution, one of the other InvisionFree forums dedicated to Gundam in all its forms. For those who don't recognise me as such ... I'm Dendrobium Stamen, one of the admins over at Gundam Evolution, one of the other InvisionFree forums dedicated to Gundam in all its forms. tongue.gif

Basically been a Gundam fan since Wing ran on Cartoon Network in the UK in 2001, became a definite fan after seeing 0083, and then stumbled into the world of Gundam forums online with Gundam Watch way back in 2001. And the rest, as they say, is history! Over the past several years I've taken to writing Gundam fanfiction, such as the ongoing alternate-history fic Into The Abyss. Outside Gundam-related pursuits, I'm an Economics & Marketing student at the University of Hull, who enjoys comedy in most forms, the new series' of Battlestar Galactica and Doctor Who (and Torchwood, and is at heart an indie rock kid.

So ... hi, and let's get our 00 on! smile.gif

Meh, figured I should join the fun... Been looking for a serious (non-fansite) organized place for 00 discussions, so thanks! biggrin.gif If TTT Arc is anything to go by, then I'd say we're in for a grand time.

You guys might know me from TTT Arc, MechaTalk and ZC forums. I'm currently studying as a manufacturing engineering major, specializing in mechatronics and robotics (don't ask me why I chose to; that should be obvious!). Been hooked on Gundam ever since a local station showed Wing in '99. Also currently trying to finally get to scratchbuild my designs while ogling at Bandai's latest releases. Damn you, Bandai, for always foiling my plans!

But yeah, I'm really looking forward to discussing 00!

Hi all!

Some of you might recognize me a bit more as HOBBESINATOR. I thought I'd simplify things for this forum.

Like many North American Gundam fans, I got hooked on the franchise with Gundam Wing during it's run on Cartoon Network (I jumped in during the shows first run, with the episode "Heero versus Quatre" to be precise for no reason), and I've been a man obsessed ever since. laugh.gif

I've been wandering Gundam forums since the merry day the GundamProject forums popped up, with sites like Gundam.com, Gundam Watch, GOUF, and Gundam Evolution being some of my more visible posting spots.

I like focusing on the minor details of Gundam shows, and I find particular joy in reveling in their rich worlds. The more fleshed out, the better! I also love collecting MSiA, but obviously it's become a bit more pricey these last few years. I've got my Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies, with my sights set on eventually becoming an Attorney. *knock on wood*

I'm looking forward to watching 00 play out to it's conclusion, and getting to know you all here. As a wise man once said, EXCELSIOR!

Hello, I am Random GM Pilot, and many of you may know me from the TTT Arc.

I'm a longtime Gundam fan, gunpla fan, and sci-fi fanatic in general. I have a very deep interest in 00, since it seems to breathe fresh life into a tired franchise, and I eagerly watch and see where it goes, which brings me here.

Given that I've known (or at least known of) all save one of you for several years, I wonder why I'm introducing myself. Seems a tad superfluous, if not outright part of the Department of Redundancy Department.

I've been around a long time. Exactly how long, I'll omit; it'd just make me feel old.

Like Hobbes, I recall exactly which episode of Wing I saw first; in my case it was Episode 10, which has different titles in the edited and unedited versions. That, however, was on the short-lived Saturday morning "Rising Sun" block; I started catching the second run on the weekday slot immediately thereafter, and also taped the Midnight Run. It was nice when Gundam was on TV 11 times a week...

Now that I've wasted your time with that paragraph, I'll drag this one out for no reason, as well. After all, this is an introduction thread, and so I feel it's appropriate to post in a manner completely unlike my normal posting habits.

Carry on.

Greetings Comrades!

I am Mirai Rogue of various websites and amatuer fan fic writer. In the real world I'm a history graduate working as a mortgage underwriter at a regional building society in the North of England.

Gundam 00 looks like its going to be fun so I might as well set up camp here to watch how things pan out with you chaps.

Hi all,

My name's Luke in real life, and I usually go by "starhorse" on the majority of forums I participate in. I originally became interested in Gundam back when it hit the US with the wing series. But I really started to get into Gundam in 2005 when I discovered the Japanese MSIA line. Been quite hooked ever since, and some of you might recognize me from the Gundam In Action forums, where I participate regularly.

Look forward to posting on these forums, and hope to see this promising new Gundam series pan out into awesomeness.

I like to talk about mechanics, so i'll probably seen often in mecha section, anyway it's nice to be with you all.

Hi-ho.

A lot of you already know me, since I'm also from the GP-GW-GOUF-GE line of descent, and the occasional appearance in other forums or image boards.

Anyways, I doodle around when I'm not being an engineer.

Originally saw the first Gundam movie on Betamax, and things were never the same again.
