Yep it's naked holo Tieria, who's depicted as leaning over the left side of Setsuna's seat.

Anew's fate is kind of vague. She definetly doesn't join CB, instead flanking Ribbons. The turning point is where Ribbons uses her a brainwashed drone to off Regene for double dealing with Wang to leak Veda's location (as I've said before, the manga treats Regene as something of a more clear cut hero trying to undo Ribbon's plotting). Anew and Regene pull guns on one another and that's the last we see of her, suggesting they both shot each other.
So if you hated the poorly done romance plot, you might like it. But really still not a patch on the original 'spy vs spy' concept.

Eh; I wasn't much of a fan of how the anime handled her, but what sounds like a meandering and confused under-utilization of the character isn't much of an alternative.
