Theres been a few images of the two units seen in Gundam 00 F so far, but ninjascience has a pretty good scan of them.

You cans see the mask over the GNY-001's face in those images. It also looks like 00 F and 00 P could be sharing some characters too. Both Gunda 00 P and Gundam 00 F list "Chall Acoustica" as a character.

Chall Acoustica - A 16-year-old girl chosen to be a Meister.

Strange thing is that Chall depicted in Gundam 00 P looks nothing like the woman we see on this data sheet. I think this is backing up my theory that Gundam 00 P goes back much earlier than we think. Chall in Gundam 00 F looks much older.

*Bashes head against desk* I cannot believe I didn't catch the two Challs thing. Given that P lists her as 16, and F lists her as 31, wouldn't this place P as occurring in 2292 AD or so assuming they're the same person?

I didn't know the age of the 00 F Chall, but yes! That actually gives us a time when Gundam 00 P occurs!

Excellent find! (and yes, they're the same person) However, I expected the gap to be larger, given that when she's 16, she has brown hair and in Gundam 00 F she's listed as being 31... seems to be a pretty young age to be gray at that point. Perhaps she dyed it?

I mostly tacked that on to cover myself in case it turns out they're doing something weird and she's not the same character, heh. >_> The different hair color may be entirely artistic decision, as odd a choice as it would be.

Also, assuming that is the same Astraea and not a "Unit 2" situation, that'd peg it as one of the longest-lasting Gundam-types in the franchise, would it not? 15 years or more, I believe.

I think thats a neat concept... two sidestories sharing a Mobile Suit and a character and showing them as they've changed through time. The Astrea got red and a mask and Chall grew up. Now that we know Chall has a history with the Plutone, we can also assume that Gundam 00 P has a GNY-004.

Interesting to note that the Astrea changes within that 15 year gap, but from what we see of the Plutone in Gundam 00 F, it looks like a stock paint job.

It also seems to me that Chall's connection between Gundam 00 P and 00 F is a sign of something happening to the others. The Marlene Bloody character in 00 P seems to have been replaced by this Foll Spaak character.

Huh, I had read zook's idea about the Astraea being produced earlier than even the 0 Gundam, but didn't think it was possible. Guess I was wrong!

And perhaps more importantly, Chall has replaced Louid as the pilot of the Astraea, which most likely explains the change in colour scheme. That presents two questions: what happened to Louid and what happened to Chall's prior MS? Shes said to be a Meister in 00P, so presumedly she has a Gundam.

Official names and profile information from the scan:

Fon Spaak: Fereshte's Gundam Meister. 18 years old. A criminal who doesn't approve of Celestial Beings ideas. He's handcuffed at all other times aside from when operating a Gundam. He wears an explosive device around his neck. Design by Uon Taraku.

Chall Acustica: Fereshte's Commander. 31 years old. First generation Gundam Meister. The past and an encounter during a certain incident, she created Fereshte. Design by Uon Taraku.

Criminal pilot number 2. Perhaps I'm sensing a trend?

An underground has to find people that no-one knows/cares about. If they got some esteemed pilot from an academy for their testing, they'd have to explain where that pilot went. It's probably quite easy for CB to cover up a criminal's footsteps.

True. Interesting that they've basically impressed Fon Spaak into service, though...

My current train of thought runs along the lines of, "How many of our current (main) Gundam Meisters have less than savory legal records in their past?"

Edit: considering the apparent lack of "bomb collars" on the Fab-Four, maybe not as many as I first suspected.

I like the fact that they brought the classic lines on the faceplate back for the GNY-004 Plutone. Its good to see a Gundam in 00 with those features again.

yes, the face plate vents are most welcome on this design. But i noticed that you couldnt add them to the four in the anime and get away with it. Theyre just not going to fit :/

Fon's gettin' a little too friendly, eh? I see a gut punch in his future. laugh.gif

Interesting to see Chall scarred, too. Dollars to donuts she got that mark in the incident that led to Fereshte's creation.

I'm already in love with Neko-Haro. I wanna see him animated!
