Having Problems Archiving PMs

Well, I don't know what else to do........so I made a thread.

My PM box and I tried archiving it, but the email with the archived messages never seems to arrive even though the forum mentions that the email was sent. For the record, I've checked the email, it matches my perfectly.

Also tried doing this several times already, the last time being a few weeks ago. No record of that email arriving either. My PM box is full too, so there is an urgency to this.

If I cannot get it to work, guess would have to resort to old fashion copy pasting. Still, anybody have any suggestions? Has anybody tried to archive PMs before?

I've never bothered to try before, but I just played with it now. It took some time, but the email arrived successfully.

Thanks, I found the cause of the problem. It keeps ending up in my junk mail, I have rectified that issue.

But I try and read either the HTML and the MS excel and neither would run properly, so I just decided to do the traditional copy pasting.
