Because among the Meisters, Allelujah had the independent story, I thought I had to write his story without dispersion [of the other stories]. Episode 7 was written with a plan to put a pause to the super soldier story. (episode 7)

Hallelujah came out from his quantum brain waves stimulated from Twin Drive experiment's GN Particle outbreak. He doesn't possess a body, so he didn't die.

・ダブルオーの量子化をアニメで表現するとなんでもありの大問題。
もし刹那が自由に量子化を行えるなら無敵になっちゃう。
でも刹那の変化の過程を見せたいのもわかるので最初は
刹那自身が理解できていないリアクションを入れてその上で

00's quantization was a big problem in the animation because it made Setsuna invincible. But they wanted to show the process of change of Setsuna which he himself did not understand. Moreover the effect of quantization was put out only in the final episode.

Lyle's catch phrase initially planned to be "Sniping the disturbance!"** was rejected by the director.

・ビリーのマンションは北アメリカ大陸の大都市にあるメゾネットタイプ。
・ティエリアが女装したパーティ会場も北アメリカ大陸。
Billy's mansion is in a North American Continent's metropolis, it is a maisonette type.
Tieria in dress party location is also in North American Continent.

・ライルとアニューの親しくなる過程をわざわざ追う必要はないということ
でポンと恋人状態にとんだ(18話)
Because it was said that there was no need to elaborate the progression of intimacy of Lyle and Anew, they jumped into pop lover status.

to me it look like it got the Gundam Wing treatment........ a good series run, ending everything with a nice movie.....

One thing I really like about this is how they willingly admit Setsuna became a bit overpowered and it was very difficult to keep the tension with that fact. Especially in the face of production teams on other shows and movies who would just say that was crap spewed by fans. The 00 production staff seem to have their heads on straight and strive for genuine quality as much as possible.

Sigh.........so many novels,and not many of them translated,so I guess the full story of 00 is really out of our hands.......

I think you're pointing to the same quote I liked:

Yeah... at least they knew it was a problem... or could've become one. I'm glad they didn't use 00 to it's "full potential" the entire time and technically, the 00 Gundam still wasn't in it's prime in the final battle since Saji wasn't in the 0 Rasier. We could speculate that this doesn't matter, but I felt like 00 performed better with two pilots.

I didn't think 00 was THAT powerful,though it is arguably the strongest suit in the series,it was just potrayed as overly powerful based on the circumstances it was put in.Of course it would appear to be overly powerful againts single enemies with no access to Trans-Am.

00 would have had a much tougher time againts plenty of opponants,and even in three minutes 00 only destroyed 6-7 suits,2 of them being powerful single suits;but that's still isn't much.Of course,00 assumed lack of post Trans-Am weakness[IE It's Condensers were charging,showing that the TDS has enough output to supply 00's regular battlestats],is a huge advantage on it's own.And there's Trans-Am Raiser as well.

I think the moment it hit for me that 00 was becoming a bit too powerful is when we see in flashback that Setsuna took out both Hilling and Revive out in a pair of single shots. That seemed to be a fairly loppsided battle. I think what helped alot was the coordination of the battles and the likeability of the characters. We'd just come from a series where people felt that the main cast was too perfect and constantly resorted to stock footage beam spam, so 00 was under intense pressure to avoid both factors (at least from some people). There's also the fact that it was clear the idea that Setsuna was evolving beyond the capabilities of anyone else was being pushed, instead of him randomly becoming better because he was the protagonist. There were other parts to Setsuna's evolution like increased spatial awareness and attempting to put the past behind him. He didn't just suddenly become an unstoppable ace. I think if he was even that, 00 wouldn't have got as torn up as it did at the end.

By the way,what is this magazine/book called?

Location huh.......I think I can take a wild guess.........maybe a familiar gaseous giant of the solar system?

as for Seraphim's GN drive, at the last episode it state that the Gundam is damaged (i dont think the GN drive is damaged) then again all they need to do is build a new GN drive and install the TD-Blanket (recovered from O-Gundam GN drive).

consider Tau Drive is Mass-Produced by the second season, and the only difference of Tau and true drive is the TD blanket.

heh! since VEDA is under CB control again i assume CB can do it easily

Come to think of it, that would give CB a legitimate reason to head for Jupiter. If they're going there to repair GN Drives and stumble across something...

I've been wondering if Jupiter was a relay station, with the Celestial Being supposed to visit there before leaving the solar system. So if Ribbons activating the ship started some sequence and then CB themselves reach the first destination..hmm.

Why would Setsuna need a Personal Custom of a Gundam only he has piloted?

Unless,we're talking about his mechanics skills here, not too shabby but Ian will not have to worry about his job anytime soon.

At Sunrise, not all the production drama is on the screen. At least they didn't get nearly a year break between seasons, like Code Geas.

Wow, more honesty! But they did bring out the character development of Setsuna, so it was OK. Interesting enough, Mizushima elected not to slag 00 at the end of the series, in the way that many powerful Gundams have been conveniently removed from contention.

The sixth official file has got to be the best to date in my opinion.Here are some but not all that is listed,go to the link for the complete thing.


Firstly,the GN-Drives.Now in a previous interview the director mentioned that all GN-Drives survived.He is now retracting that statement while mentioning that the Drives aren't necessarily safe.

But this is not all:

It seems that the GN-Drives were also an entirely theoratical work by Aeolia.It was later scietists that discovered that it was impossible without Jupiter.Veda,Innovedoids and quantum computing were all theoratical as well.


I'm amazed that guy build a theory[Twin Drive] over a theory[GN-Drive] to make even more theoratical things[Innovators] all of which would be very hard or impossible without the help of a another theory[Veda].

-Soma can't generate QB,she can only perceive them.

-Setsuna is A-Level QB user.

-The Innovators[Group] thought they were A,but were actually B.

-Soma is C of course.Louise is even lower than hers.

-Ribbons is the first Innovedo. [I'm thinking.......Megaman X gone Maverick]

-Ribbons was the 0-Gundam's original Meister but he knew the Meisters were to perish in the plan so he quit so he can see through the plan till the end.

-Setsuna beat Ribbons because of his combat experience.Ribbons skills are a little rusty and it's been awhile sine he fought.
