http://www2.synapse.ne.jp/arts/liverepo/livereport1999.htm - this appears to be a site where fans of the ska punk outfit ARTS can post reviews of gigs.

I mention it because there is a very brief mention (in the gig review for 1999.6.26) of GO GO 7188, who were one of the support bands. I'm told the reviewer thought they were quite good.

Shame there's no photos of GO GO...
