How did you discover GO!GO!7188?

DOTANBA DE CANCEL Group: Members Posts: 126 Member No.: 9 Joined: 8-August 07	I used to watch Hey!Hey!Hey! with a friend of mine on the international channel(now AZN). Gogo was on there doing C7 and I thought it was the coolest music I ever heard. I didn't know if they were called GO!GO!7188 or C7, since I could't understand Japanese. But with a little research I found them, and I went out and bought all their albums at Mitsuwa Marketplace, near my house. Tategami had just come out at that time. I guess The international channel was showing old episodes of Heyx3 or something, since C7 is obviously much older than that. Project-J.net and Rockofjapan.com were very helpful to me finding out more on the greatest band of all-time :P

XD and I liked it =D so early this year I began to download all their stuff and I plan to buy my first GO!GO! item when their 6th album is out. =D are you from Japan? :o

Then some months later I was searching for songs for Stepmania and searched randomly forr GO!GO!7188 and it came out with Jet nindin!! and It was really nice ... the second song I heard by them was nice also.. so I thought I should download more.. XD and btw, this ver. of jetnindin is a cover

MUSHI'98 Group: Members Posts: 85 Member No.: 15 Joined: 16-August 07	I happened to buy Parade online when it was released; I liked the cover, and I can rarely resist limited editions... :P Liked it (especially the live DVD) and searched a bit more material online, and (surpisingly) Jet Ninjin caught me. Downloaded all their discography, but have since then bought all their albums, singles, and DVDs - all great stuff!

I thought "Weird.." sooo... I clicked it. It took me to the ONLY gogo video on youtube at the time.. Pepper Keibu. and well.. I quickly became obsessed! So yeah, I discovered them through youtube. (before the site was popular) and then started downloading albums and songs online soon after.

(hey, that rhymes!) :lol: Well, I discoveered GO!GO! a little over 3 years ago.. a friend of mine sent me Aa Seishun cause she thought it was 'funny' and I might like it too. I liked it, but at that time I thought they were just a random Jpop group! gasp so I researched a bit, and soon found more and more of their songs - I liked every single song and quickly decided... this is my new favourite band!! Project J was my best friend too! and now, after three years I have finally completed my gogo collection... tears in eye

Tsuki, a friend, sent it one day and I first thought it was strange... but on the other hand it was great because it was so different from the music I've heard before... after I had heard some albums I liked them more and more and now they're one of my favorite bands^^
