etel is my first call center. and for sure it will be my last!. I would never work in a call center ever! etel gave me a very very bad experience.

Your in a better place pare.

Working for a call center is only a means to an end. Why would you keep working for people who gonna earn more profit than you.


But since im a inhourse support agent. Iba ang picture sa inhouse vs outsource.

Its a bit true, anything outiside of matrix is a bit easier

Let's start by defining what "Vision" means...

A vision statement is sometimes called a picture of your company in the future but it’s so much more than that. Your vision statement is your inspiration, the framework for all your strategic planning

Before, Etel's Vision is "Building an Industry, Building People", since that vision came into reality already, they changed it to "World class Worldwide". Clearly Etel is not on that stage yet (issues with IT, Payroll, performance, etc....) but that's what we are aiming for.
