1. No attempts to impersonate DAN ENGLAND or anyone other than yourself.

2. The use of obscene profanity or any other kind of suggestive language is strictly forbidden. Using a * or any other symbol in place of a letter does not make a word acceptable.

3. No obscene, sexual, or vulgar posts. This includes pornographic or vulgar photos.

4. No harrassment of any kind will be tolerated, especially if it's directed towards another member of the forum. This includes derogatory remarks about various races, religions, and sexual preferences.

5. Please try your best to not post off topic threads in the wrong sections. Try to stick to the appropriate forum. Your posts will be moved without warning if they're found in the wrong section.

6. No message flooding (multiple posts in a short amount of time).

7. Do not post any private information of yours on the boards like your home addresses, cell phone numbers, telephone numbers, etc.

8. It is against the forum rules to spread an unverified rumor as if it were factual.

9. File sharing and offering to send any type of audio or video file or even posting the links to such things are all strictly prohibited on DanEnglandForums.com.au.tt. Any posts that may suggest these types of activities will be deleted. This also includes posting links to any website(s) that may contain copyright infringement files.

10. We DO NOT allow bashing of DAN ENGLAND or his family and friends.

11. NO FAMILY PHOTOS: Please respect DAN ENGLAND's wishes not to have any family photos posted on the Internet. This includes photos of siblings, spouses, girlfriends, and children. The only exception to this rule is publicly released photos or video screen caps.

12. These illegal actions are not tolerated: selling bootlegs, selling custom CD's, selling burned copies of DVD's or VHS's and selling burned/taped copies of CD's. The only items allowed to be sold or traded are legitimate official releases by DAN ENGLAND.

13. Do not post any logos, photos, symbols, or text that may be copyrighted to DAN ENGLAND. This also includes any graphic art work that may contain copyrighted images. Any such content found will be immediately be deleted and the member who posted the content will receive a 3 day suspension from the forums. If you have any question regarding what is copyrighted, please make a post in the 'Help" forum and a Moderator will answer any queries shortly.

14. Posting about re-selling tickets for any DAN ENGLAND show for a higher price than what they had been bought for is not allowed on this forum. This is scalping and it's illegal.

15. We will not allow bashing of any staff member on DanEnglandForums.com.au.tt. This includes Jade (Jade).
