Hello, today after making some changes, we have decided to help keep our Site Alive using donations, but the donations you give come with perks =).

After we receive the notice that you want to donate for X amount of rsgp or cash via Paypal, we will send you a PM ON HERE FROM US confirming the EXACT amount you asked to donate via msn or aim. We as admin have all of our Pm's logged. We will receive the payment first then immediately upgrade your account on here to the rank you paid for. YO! Listen Up.... We mods don't really follow the rules but we do whatever the fuck we want. Here are the Guidelines we try to follow. I don't knwo em but if its outrageous like a 1 yr ban because some mod is angry because u E-Raped them in a e-rage duel i wont let it happen lol.
General Discussion rules
This is General Discussion. It is not D2 General Discussion, it is not Dupe Discussion. If you post something and suddenly find it's disappeared, take a look at the forum list and maybe you'll find it where it's supposed to be.
If you are planning to make a topic about your website or a cool website then post it in the Website Annoucements sticky. Do not post the same site multiple times. All threads outside of the website announcements sticky about your website will be locked and trashed without notice.
If a mod disapproves/edits/deletes/urinates on/locks one of your posts, don't get angry. Most of the time it's easy to figure out why it happened but if you honestly don't know then ask. Don't flame. Just PM the mod and ask politely. If you still don't agree with their decision after hearing their reason, PM me (Pantless Krab). If I end up siding with the mod, it's not because they're a mod, it's because they're right. Sometimes ya just gotta accept you're wrong, learn from it and move on.

Faking "being haxed" will result in ban... do not post your sob story about being hacked just to get antention cause no one likes u. Only if proof that u havnt lost a thing though. Moderators will be on the lookout for these offenses. Offending posts will be imodded and you will be warned via pm or in the thread. Multiple offenses will result in a ban or a nearly banned tag.
This is a *** GAMING *** forum, not a pharmaceutical forum. But you can come here asking for advice on how to use narcotics. Drug debate I.E. Should it be legal, is fine.
All warez related links/topics posted will be trashed and or locked without warning assuming they are not in the right FUCKING Forum. Do not post cracks or Cd keys on these forums and do not ask for them either. You may trade cd keys, however, just do not post them. This also includes ROM's and torrents. You may not link to a .torrent that contains warez, but you can link to a site that contains that torrent. E.g. You can link to www.torrentsite.org, but not www.torrentsite.org/somewarez.torrent. If you happen to stumble across any old warez related topics give a member of the BH staff a PM including the link to the topic so it can also be removed. Do not post links to OutWar, Kings of Chaos, Pimp War, Netbux, freeipod, or other referral sites. Referral sites are a privelige for mods, admin, the owner, or Extreme donators.
You may post the link in your signature only if it adheres the following:
It's not overly huge. A simple line of text works.
It says where it's going. If you have an OutWar link disguised as "Click Here For New Dupe" your ass is gone.
Links should NEVER be misleading. If you link to something make sure people know EXACTLY where it goes.
You are allowed to post links to or images of porn.
You cannot quote pictures. It clutters the forums and makes posts huge.
Do not quote more than five quotes. This makes it hard to read posts.
Do not backseat mod by saying "Locked," "Banned," etc... we mods will just call you a nigger. If you think a topic should be locked, keep it to yourself. Mods are mods because they know what should and should not be locked. This means that saying things like "In before the lock" are not only backseat modding, but pure spam. Eh but we might flame you anyway.
Do not make a post just to talk to one user, Private Messages are there for a reason. If you need to talk to one person and one person only, use them. Click that fancy "You have no new messages" link and you're good to go. Don't make topics stating that you want to become a moderator.
Do not bump old topics without adding anything useful or important to the topic.
Do not post asking "Why was XXXX user banned" or "Unban XXXX user!". To expand on the above, do not ask why a staff member performed any action. Things like "Why was XXXX demodded?" or "Why was XXXX's name changed?" will go unanswered and, if you persist, action will be taken against you.
Don't ask for a special tag. This includes the "Spammer", "Scammer" and "Almost Banned" tags. If you ask for a tag and/or go out of your way to get that tag you'll be banned without question. The only fancy title I give out is "Banned", don't be a bitch about it.
Moderators may not always issue a warning on these offenses, however, multiple offenses will be noticed and you will be warned or banned. Posts that fall into this category will usually be imodded and topics trashed. Do not flame others by making comments without backing them up with something good.. no childish stupid flames.
Making topics without much thought to them will be locked or trashed without warning. Topics with only one to three words usually fall into this category.
Do not make posts asking if a link to a hack is safe or not. Use these sites first before contacting a moderator or admin.

If you post news, include where you got the news from, it shouldn't be that hard, its the same in school, no plagiarism. Signature and Avatar Rules
Copying the signature or avatar of a staff member is forbidden. That goes not only for copies, but slight variations, immitations, parodies and everything else that we don't like. Keep in mind that a lot of these infractions are judgement calls of the staff and the offended member in particular. Arguing the rule will get you nowhere. If you're caught, you will be punished. First with a warning, then with a loss of avatar privileges and a "Nearly Banned" tag, lastly with a ban.
Copying the signature or avatar of a user will not result in recourse unless the user being copied requests action. We encourage the users to attempt to handle conflicts through Private Messaging before contacting staff. Please be courteous in your request of another user, they're far more likely to listen when you avoid words like "Fag", "Asshat" and "Pickles".
Testing will be kept to the test forum!
Signatures shall be no more than 400x150 pixels!
Avatars shall be no more than 64x64pixels! (Our Host Blows Atm)
Signature shall be no more then 125kb and avatar shall be no more then 50kb!
You may have decent nudity and nothing gay or animal like. This is auto IPBAN.
Do not steal others user's artwork. If your are reported your avatar and/or signature will be removed and you will lose your sig/ava privileges.
NO more than 3 signature images per user(adding up to a max of 400 pixels in width and 150 pixels in height). Excessive text will be removed (limit to 8 lines). All signatures is and will be limited to 500 characters including BBcode tags.
Users will be warned and have their offending signature/avatar removed on the first offence, continued offenses will have their signature/avatar privileges removed. |
