INGREDIENTS
180gm Dark chocolate 110gm Butter 150gm Sugar 4 nos Eggs 80gm Cake flour
PROCEDURE
1.Melt the dark chocolate and butter using the double boiling technique. 2.While waiting the chocolate to melt, beat the eggs and sugar until firm 3.Add the mixture of eggs and sugar inside the chocolate and butter mixture. 4.Add in flour inside the mixture and place it inside a mold. 5.Bake it for 12 minutes at 210 ºC.
