The best way to beat Maranda is to use the parties' buffs and debuffs early and make sure you keep them active. Specifically, Seri Kesu's elemental dampening and Adrian's defense lowering ability. I believe SK's fire spells are the highest damage, so blast away. This battle is about defeating Maranda before she can defeat you, so the faster you dole out the punishment, the better!
