the graceful cruising stopped suddenly, causing my head to careen foreword, sliding across the cool glass, into a metal pane. I cursed loudly, reclining back to the uncomfortable, sham-padded seats covered in tacky vinyl. The girl next to me stirred, growling as she rubbed her face, shoving off my shoulder. Thank god. I scowled as i got up, stretching my legs, getting accustomed to walking again. the 4+ hour train ride was a nightmare, or, at least I thought it was that long, i lost count at three and a half. All i know is my shoulder smelled of the putrid scent of a girl who didn't take notice that we were falling out of springtime love at a velocity beyond proper imagine. Biting my lip, i looked at her expectant face as her eyes flitted from me, to our bags above our heads. I nodded and jumped up, squishing into the gross seats and grabbing for the rack, yanking down her luggage, that caged mine way behind it. They fell to the floor.
"Hey! Watch it!" She fumed, causing me to roll my eyes and carelessly toss down another piece to the extensive collection. I looked over my shoulder at her, hate burning in the depths of my eyes. I knew she couldn't see it past the expensive Dior sunglasses she was putting over her face, I sneered behind a fold in my shirt.
"You wanna get it?" I offered, motioning my foot as if i were to jump down. She put on a face of disgust and horror, backing away as if working was some kind of disease caught by touch, non deterred by Lysol and latex.
"I'll break a nail! Are you CRAZY?!" She drawled, horror and fright coating her words like a thick fog. I smirked and looked back at the mass of Luis Vuitton and...nike, enjoying the drastic contrast between her stuff and mine. I yanked down another large brown bag, coated in gold 'LV's' allowing it to crash to the floor.
"Exactly." I said coolly. She fumed as her bags came off the rack one by one, each with their own thud or crash. I finally found my bags, slinging the duffel across my back and grabbing the small carry on. The rest of my stuff were in cargo and would be brought to my room. She had put TWO bags in cargo, the rest of the 14, she brought along. They were too 'good' for cargo.
Bull.
She had put everything on the cart i dragged down, by the time i had finished. Wow, a degree of manual labor! I was impressed! She smiled at my somewhat shocked appearance, walking over to me, in a manner i guess, if it were anyone else, would be considered 'seductive', but really, it was just a slightly awkward walk with a smirk. She wrapped her hands around my neck, kissing me softly on the lips before pulling back, an awkward look on her face. Her hand ran along my jaw, before turning to the cart, and pushing it out.
"You need to shave..." She said angrily, making her way into the aisle and towards the door that would release us out onto the platform. I rolled my eyes, grunting.
"i'll put it on the schedule." I muttered, sauntering into the aisle behind her. She shook her head, looking at me.
"You don't have one..." She cocked her head.
"Exactly, I don't need one, just like i don't need to shave." I growled, causing her to scoff.
"Shave or its over" She threatened, stepping down onto the platform. I laughed, following her.
"don't tease me..." I said under my breath, a smile across my face.
"what?" She asked, shaking my head i looked at her expectant face, and then, across the platform, looking for any kids going to Lord Buren's Academy, maybe ones i, liked.
"that wouldn't please me..." I covered, forcing down a growl from within me. I didn't need to shave, there were SLIGHT places of friction, but no real stubble. technically, there was nothing TO shave.
"exactly." She said cockily, smirking. "So, you're gonna shave when we get to the school." I rolled my eyes as she dictated my life, nodding in subdued agreement.
"whatever you say princess..." I sighted heftily. "Whatever you say..."
