We are up and running with only a few weeks under our belts, and we already have had spambots post on our pretty forums. Ugh. We are now going to be implementing a new strategy to keep them at bay: a validation forum. New members will be required to post in the topic on our validation forum to be moved to the pending user group. As spambots are not known to post in other topics and we have disabled posting new topics in the forum, this should keep them out of our happy little community.
