Las Vegas, Nevada
There was a certain college student who was happily taken by a girl a year younger then him. So happy, so taken, that he'd decided to make her his wife. In fact, at the moment, Greg couldn't think of anything he'd rather do. His thoughts were like this partially because Greg had just commited, in his mind at least, a major sin. Greggor Shane Van Allen was no longer a virgin. He'd lost 'it' to a certain somebody who would soon be his forever. Maybe this decison seemed a little hasty. After all they'd been on what, two dates? Though they'd known each other for a very long time, their connection hadn't been strong until they'd met in the NYC Society library. In Greg's mind, Bella was the perfect mate because she was so... pure. Like an angel. And Greg couldn't help but think of her as his angel. Sure, they'd made love (Greg couldn't really call it sex. Bella didn't have sex, and neither did he. They made love) but that didn't change anything. Though Greg had tried to put a stop of it (with his brain), his body pleaded to him to just let Bella in. After all, they were soulmates. What difference did an hour make? God had put them together. He knew he would always want to be with Bella.

So, they'd spent the day together in Vegas. They'd left last night, a Thursday, and didn't really do other then the whole "making love" incident. Sure, they'd done the regular things, but there wasn't a lot to do here other then gambling. Gambling? Greg saw the entire act as just sinful. All that money going to waste? All that food? Gluttony. He didn't voice most of these concerns. They were just things that ran through his head... because he was alone. When he was with his Bella he wasn't as much as an extremist. In reality, he kept most of his idealism to himself anyway. He wasn't the vocal preacher... he seldom preached to others.

But, all of this really meant nothing. He just had a couple jitters running through his body, because he was doing today what he'd never seen himself doing. He never thought he could find the perfect person. Greg had never imagined that Bella would be that person either. Sure, she was beautiful. She sung amazingly. She had this great aura about her. But until they met outside of church, he never saw her as the vivacious peice of perfection that she was. Now he knew. And soon they would be man and wife. Though the ceremony was short, as he knew it would be, she hadn't walked down the aisle yet, passing their one witness. But, the music started, and Greg smiled his token grin, shrugging back his shoulders, his black hair falling onto them.

Waiting. But he'd always been waiting for this.

bella hadn't expected it to happen so fast. when greg had proposed to her, she'd almost fallen off her chair in her room, reading the message about seven times before sending a message back to him. it was just as jumbled as her thoughts were. she had needed a few days to answer the question, but she had known she was in love with him. it was simple. he was the only guy she'd ever wanted to sleep with, which really was saying something. she was too christian to even think about stuff like that, but she still thought about it, almost every day. after her time to herself to think about the email, she'd finally said yes and, the next thing she knew, they were on a plane headed to vegas.

the plane ride wasn't long, or at least it hadn't seemed long, before she knew it, she was in his arms, their lips pressed against each others. without knowing it would have happened, they two had slept together. it wasn't like they had planned it, but it had happened, before they had gotten married, since she was still a miss and not yet a mrs. she was still isabella roberts but soon, very soon, she was going to be isabella van allen and, boy, was she looking forward to it.

she'd gotten a white dress, not very wedding dress like, but white none the less, and as she stood outside the doors to the small chapel, she sighed. both her parents weren't present and it hurt a bit to know she was doing it behind their backs. she'd wanted to tell them, indeed she had, but the thought of them NOT giving their blessing? that scared her. she wanted to be with greggor for the rest of her life and she didn't want there to be a chance that she couldn't. she bit down on her bottom lip and smoothed out the front of her dress as the music started to play.

with a deep breath, she took a step and someone pulled open the doors. she hadn't seen greg since the night before when they had slept together, since she had wanted to do it right. as right as they could under the circumstances. as she saw him, dressed up, she smiled brightly, her nerves quickly setting in. she continued to walk down the asle, however, and soon was standing beside the boy, her right hand slipping into his left. and then it began.
