DANIEL TOOTLES
Dan is a smart kid, sweet and always prepared. He'd rather follow his head than his heart above anything else. He believes in reason and intelligence before getting emotionally attached. He is clever and loves playing chess especially. He has learned not to underestimate the enemy at all and would much rather wish people took him more seriously and at least tried to understand his point of view before fussing at him in any way.
GERTIE MADISON
It's simple really, Gertie is a smart girl who has many talents. Her biggest dream at one point was to be the greatest singer ever. Now all she wants is to help Peter Pan save Never Land from the pirates. It seems strange that all of a sudden she is interested in wars, and that she has taken a liking to sewing that she never had before. She doesn't even mind playing mom to those younger then her, not that they really need mom's anymore.
VIOLET BRIER
Vi is definitely adorable though she has her faults just like anyone else. She is cute and plays that up while she still can, knowing people fall for anyone her age especially. She is fond of the typical little girl things and is determined to become her own person. She hates being called little most of the time though she will use her smallness to get things accomplished. She is carefree and helpful and will do what she can when she's actually counted on. Despite her ability to get into trouble, she always seems to be able to get herself out of it.
JACK SANDERSON
Jack really is a kid at heart, and as all kids are they are loyal to those they love and very protective as well. Having practice swordfighting for years even before coming to Neverland, he is well practiced at the art, but prefers to only fight when necessary. He loves to dream and make up stories for the younger kids, and to tell at story time, but he also love to play his little pipe whenever he can.
CHLOE MATTHEWS
She is a unique looking girl, and not one that would be confused with another as she walked down the street. One thing that really sets her apart are her eyes. They're always filled with some kind of thought or emotion, never dull and a always sharp. They're a clear hazel, and they can pierce your very soul. Her hair is black, and she has been growing it out since she was a child. It falls down her back past her shoulders now. Her full lips are often curled up into a smile, be it sweet or playful, they're lovely and rosy, set against her pale complexion.
SHANE NEWHOPE
Shane is a typical tomboy. She hates to wear girly clothes or even act like a girl most of the time. She is very strong-willed and stubborn. She has a strong sense of adventure and a huge imagination. When she is mellow, she can usually be found writing or reading. Most of the time, she is a ball of energy and cannot sit still for five minutes. She is a good fighter, and is very bold. She enjoys danger, and isn't afraid of many things. However, deep down she doesn't like to be alone and fears that more than anything else. She is an optimist, and will always hold a positive outlook.
MADELINE O'CONNELLY
Maddie is just your average all-American girl. Well, except for the all-American part, as she was born in England and raised there for thirteen years. But she's sweet and kind, outgoing and funny, and very talented. Maddie isn't the best person in the world, as no one is. In fact she can be quite the jealous girl. If there's a boy she likes who's dating someone else, she might do whatever's necessary in order to split the two to get his eyes on her. It's just her way. But don't worry, she only goes through that much effort for boys she really likes. Other than her slight jealousy problem and how she's kind of snooty, she's a nice girl.
JAKE LYNCH
Since Jake likes to play with her friends and fight pirates, it's no wonder she has been a fun girl to be around. She dislikes stubborn, selfish people, and can't stand the pirates, mermaids, and indians. She hopes to never grow up, and dreams to live here forever. She loves making dolls and, when anxious, chews the ends of Felicity's hair.
PIRATES

CAPTAIN BLITZ VON KRIEG
Blitz is a Robin-Hood-ish pirate. He's never really been one for bullies, or one to take any kind of bad-mouthing. He doesn't demand respect like many try to do, he would rather earn a person's respect and trust. Chivalrous and good-natured, if worse came to worse, Blitz would willingly switch from "pirate" to "privateer" in a heartbeat if it meant he could stay in Neverland and keep it safe from whatever, or whoever, would dare threaten it. He detests Hook and his "foolish" war with Pan, and if given the option of the two sides in a final battle, Blitz's guns would be firmly trained on the Jolly Roger.
EVILYN KITTS
Evi is hard headed and strong willed, like her late father. She finds herself frequently feeling as if she doesn’t belong where she’s at, but makes the best of it anyways. She’s slightly promiscuous and when she’s pissed off or upset you can generally guess where to find her: with one of the crewmen. They seem to appreciate her “company" on board more than let on. If they let it show Blitz would most likely kill them for it. Evi doesn’t mind the bad, but is wary of anything good coming her way. She doesn’t trust it to stay that way for long, and she has trouble accepting compliments or gifts. As far as she’s concerned, nothing comes for free. Everything has a price.
JACKSON TEAGUE
On the surface a fey, sun-baked, rum-soaked rogue who lives each moment to its fullest, Jackson is, instead, a fast yet thorough thinker. His physical appearance is just as a pirate would be, especially one who has been wandering in search of his ship for ten years. The beads and bangles in his hair may be an addition to enhance the idea of insanity. With each setback, he finds a way to get back on track. Deductively, he would have found his way without the aid of a few English locales…it may have just taken a bit longer, but he would have found a way. He is single-minded and extremely focused. Friends he has, if few. And he wins admiration despite his apparent lack of concern for the people he uses.
ELEKTRA BAMBI
Elektra, as some might say, is the female James Hook. Cold, cruel, no regrets... other than the fact Peter Pan is still alive. And she has one regret that Hook doesn't. James Hook is still alive. That's right, this lowly pirate wants them both dead. Peter because he's just plain annoying, and Hook because unless he's dead, no one else will have even a sliver of a chance at gaining the title of most feared pirate in Neverland. A title that Elektra wants more than anything.

UNDINE NIMUE
Undine is the Queen of the mermaids and by far the darkest one of the lot. She is mysterious and knows every secret Never Land holds. The mermaid is regal and loving. However, give her reason to dislike you and she can be as ruthless if not more so than Captain Hook himself. Blood thirsty and mischievous, this is one mermaid you do not want to mess with.
NAUNET MASIKA
Naunet is an unusual mermaid. Whereas most of them love to swim and splash around and sulk in the sun, she is the exact opposite. Sure she likes swimming, but she'd rather walk on land with the humans, learning what they do, figuring out how they survive without going into the ocean everyday. Humans are fascinating creatures to Naunet. Unlike most mermaids who find them irritating and the only one they can stand is Peter, Naunet likes all of them. She hungers for what she doesn't have.
DIESEL AMADEUS
Diesel is a noble and politician of the court of the sea. He hates his job, and flakes out as often as he can. The politicians and lies bother him immensely. He is betrothed to Naunet, and though they are good friends they aren’t in love. Diesel is gay and has kept it a secret with the exception of Naunet. They are best friends, and he trusts her with incredible power over him. He would do anything for, and hates to see her suffer by being tied down to him by their parents interference in their marriage lives. His personal life aside, he has completed many years of school and several hundred years of experience as a veterinarian. He loves animals and enjoys his work there.

SNAP DRAGON
Snap Dragon is a very unusual pixie. She's small and meek but has quite the temper if you hit the right button. Obsessed over buttons, Snap will do anything to get her hands on a new, exotic button. They are her life. She spends a great deal of her time weaving spider silk into clothing but when she's not, she's either polishing her button collection or going out to find some more. Lost boys and Pirates always have a knack for losing buttons. This sewing talent fairy is most certainly an oddball but she's sweet and caring, a good friend to have.
RANI DROP
If ever there were a living breathing definition of a child's laughter, it would be Rani. She could often be described as the walking version of laughter considering that her face is often graced with a smile and it just never seems to disappear. Often times she just appears as though nothing in the world can bring her down, and while it often is true, things have hit her hard throughout her life and she knows that anything can happen at any time such as the destruction of the fabric before the other faeries found a way to repair it.
ELLA CLARIBELLE
Ella Claribelle, in a word, is obsessive. She's a cute little fairy, and very pretty, but she will obsess over a piece of string like no other. I'd advise against trying to stop her, or trying to steal one of her pieces of string. Why? Because, she may be a little fairy, but she can make your life hell. If insects annoy you, she'll do much, much worse. It's easy to get on her good side, though. Just give her a sparkly piece of string. Yes, she loves the sparkle string. Why wouldn't she? It's sparkly. Once you get on her good side, though, stay there. She could help you out a lot, and she can be extremely sweat. So don't take Ella for granted.
JUDE KENNARD
Jude is a ball of energy. He is smaller than most of th eother sparrowmen, but he makes up for it with his energy. He loves to laugh, smile. He jokes around alot. He's always on the go, his energy level making it impossible to stand still. Jude is also a sweetheart, he wouldn't hurt a fly, and would do anything for someone that he loved and cared about. He has many aspirations and hopes to achieve them. If Jude randomly crashes, he means no offense, he jsut uses up all his energy and then falls asleep at random.

Tigerlily is the beautiful Princess of the Piccaninny Tibe. She is everything a father would want their daughter to be, and the kind of leader the people who look up to her would want to have. She's still very young and learning, but she's brave, and extrememly loyal to those that she cares about. She is smart, inquisitive, and very honorable.
CERRIDWEN BAINE
Cerridwen is a girl that is complicated to figure out when you first meet her. She usually seems to be a happy go lucky sort of person. Always running head long into one sorta weird situation or another. She is known to help out those lesser then herself, or even those being picked on by those stronger then themselves. It's for this reason, and all her working, she has yet to have a boyfriend.
