First let me start by saying that I love to read. I am very picky when choosing my books though. I usually read murder mysteries. It takes alot for me to stray from the 2 authors I read avidly. But like the rest of the free world I was completely captivated by flurry surrounding these books. I am a 31 year old mother of 3 so I am not easily distracted by fleeting fads. My 13 uear old brought this book home from school one day and gave me a slight peek into the first 4 chapters. I will be the first to admit that I was not impressed and did not understand all the excitement. I hate love stories with a passion. They make me want to scream at the lack of reality they are based on. That being said, I continued to hear about these books. I had nothing new to read and saw it in a store. I decided to stray from my usual serial killer novels and see for myself what the fuss was about. I read the first few chapters with little expectation and little interest. The following day after work I cam home from work to find my kids watching cartoons and my husband just as enthrawled as they were in them. I begrudgenly picked up at the book at 6pm. The next thing I knew it was 3am and I had finished the book. I was so surprised that I had read this book in one sitting. The worst part was that I was left wanting more. I could feel every emotion and see every thought and smell every scent that was described. This was 1 week before Christmas. I knew what I wanted for Christmas. Well my kids wanted the same so they got the remaining 3 books. Of course that night I was tied up in New Moon. I managed to read all 3 in less that 5 days. I also took my girls to see the movie. I am sitting here now on chapter 11 of Midnight Sun. All I want is for the books to keep coming. I am completely addicted. There are so many more stories to write about with these characters. I cant wait for any new book to come out. I just wanted to take this time to express my gratitude for these wonderful stories. Please continue to write these so I can read on.

My mom won't even understand why I'm so "obsessed" about twilight she thinks it's unrealistic....
But really when I finish one book after another I really feel a deep kind of regret
that there is no more vampire books to read when I'm finished...
