The Great Hunt, Achievement Hunting

Tacked to the totem, already covered with upcoming and past announcements, is a tattered piece of parchment. Written in what appears to be blood, in almost childish penmanship, the words read:

"Eya, mons! Ah be hearin' of sum pretteh elusive creechahs dat be lurkin' around da Outlan's! Ah be t'inking eht woul' be a pretteh beeg t'ing if we coul' track sum a dese mons down, teach oddahs joo don' mess wit' da Zandalari! An' o'course...eht be goo' fun!

Annehmon's wishin' ta join may come an' go as joo please. Ah be ou' dere all deh huntin', so jes' check in wit' meh when joo wanna join da hunt, an' ah'll figyah ou' weah ta send joo. We be scoutin' wun area at a tiam, an' eht be realleh goondala if joo got a flyin' pet, too, dou, eht's okeh if joo don' 'ave wun.

'Ope ta see joo mons on da 'unt!"

The letter, written by Mun'tasi is of course finished with a smiley face, and a little heart.



(( So, I'm gonna try and hunt down some of the rare spawns for the Exploration achievement "Bloody Rare", and figured it could make a fun event! Very casual, I'll be doing it probably most of the day, so just lemme know when you're joining in, and I'll assign ya to a zone. [zone being a spawn location]. I'll also be making up some maps as well, so we know who we're looking for, and where.
This might also be a good time to do some farming for ore/skin/whatever along the way, too! Any questions, just ask. I'm sure I've left some details out.

(( Turning this into a story for fun. If anyone actually wants to, feel free to join in. lol ))

Mun'tasi sat in her hut, plunked down on the floor with a few dozen scrolls laying about. A few of them already had crudely drawn maps on them, with sketches of the area's most elusive creatures. Also sitting in front of her was a small list she had compiled of the rarest creatures and enemies. A hit-list, if you will. She had a lot of work to do, but she would get there eventually. As she hovered over her work, studded tongue poking out the corner of her mouth, she couldn't help but grin, excited at the adventure that would soon take place.

Setting her writing instrument and inks aside, she held up on of the scrolls. It was a map, the targets depicted on the map as vague sketches, as well as the areas that each one had been spotted in. With a satisfied nod, she set it aside to let the ink dry, and began to work on the next map.

Mun'tasi gathered up all her maps, and the copies that she had made, ready to set out on the Great Hunt. As she flipped through the maps quickly, she frowned. There were a few missing. Shoulders drooping, she sighed a little and headed out to post the copies to the totem, along with an extra message.

"Hope ta see some a' joo mons on da hunt tadeh! Jes' lemme know when joo be joinin' in, an' ah'll assign joo to a spot ta search. Sorreh ah don' got all dat maps...ah'm t'inkin' 'Basi's raptah ate sum o' dem...Laytah, mons!"
