Luke and Noah: Worth Waiting For Group: Admin Posts: 17,511 Member No.: 3 Joined: 7-May 08	Jake announced on Facebook today that he will be in Phaedra at the McCarter Theatre in Princeton Oct. 18 - Nov. 6 and in Derby Day between Thanksgiving and Christmas; no location or exact dates given yet.

Yup, Suds - It's an Off Off Broadway production that (I think) he's also helping to produce. The man makes things happen for himself, doesn't he?

There's also some kind of Internet soap opera thing that I saw with his name attached as well. Anyone know what that's all about? Is it just a fan doing something and including he and Van in the group or another project of Jake's?

PS - Off to see if there's a writers' conference in Jersey that month so I can write off a trip....

It's a group you have to ask to join so I don't know if the person just added him when he created the group (because it's his public page and Van's) or if it's something he actually belongs to. BTW - there IS a writer's conference in October in NJ. Now I have to figure something out. The price we pay for stalking -- I mean fandom.... Edited to add: It's gone now - the blog is still there, but Jake's affiliation and the public group are gone. So it must be a fan thing. I got excited at first that I could see he and Van on my computer screen.

Nothing appeared on my fb homepage, but I'm only friends with Jake, not Van, so that may have made a difference, IDK. With Jake seeming to be staying in the world of East Coast theater, it might be a long time before Midwesterners like me will be able to see him in something other than Stuffer. ETA I checked it out and it appears to be just a text internet soap, like when P&G "relaunched" Another World.

I tried to go to the Clurman Theater web page but they don't seem to have anything about Derby Day yet...
