Kish spoilers, week of 11/9

Fish and Kyle's long anticipated "first date" has to wait when Fish is called out to investigate Nash's grave robbing. When Fish returns, he's delighted to see that Kyle waited for him. While, Carlotta encourages Cris not to give up on Layla, Kyle and Fish try to convince Layla to take a chance. Layla goes to find Cris. Kyle and Fish get close, but no good deed goes unpunished when Layla and Cris return and interrupt them. The mood broken, Kyle and Fish decide to slow things down until everything is right.
Cristian and Layla both admit they're miserable apart and decide to take a chance on being together on Tuesday, November 10.

Carlotta pushes Cristian to call Layla, even though he insists that it won’t change things between them. Fish and Kyle urge Layla to follow her heart and quit wallowing in guilt. Layla visits Cristian at the diner, where they agree to give things a chance on Tuesday, November 10. Elsewhere in Llanview, Kyle and Fish’s dinner date is placed on hold when Fish is summoned to investigate Nash’s graverobbing. Afterward, Fish is pleased to see that Kyle waited for him when he returns home covered with sweat and mud. Things quickly get hot between them, but Cristian and Layla’s sudden arrival puts a halt to their impromptu evening of romance. Cooling down, Fish and Kyle agree that they want their “first” time together to be special and perfect.

I'm not worried. I just think it's funny that they get interrupted. OF COURSE THEY DO. How could it be any other way? :P

Question: I watched on Soapnet this weekend and they keep advertising this "pure evil" guy. Since I just started watching OLTL, who is this guy?

So they dug up Nash's body and he was sitting in the chair on Friday. See Forbes could have played the part of a dead guy since he's been playing one for over 4 months on ATWT. :D

The "pure evil" guy is Mitch Laurence, who Rex (the pretty over-actor) is about to discover is his real father. I guess at some point Roxy must have slept with him. She's Rex's mom and Kyle's friend, and Kyle may unwittingly have helped her cover up the fact that Mitch is still alive...I don't really know.

I watched it live.

Fish was channeling Luke with the striped shirt. So dorky.

Kyle looked fine.

They weren't on much but when they were they were cute. (Anthony must hate that because as we know, he hates cute, lovable, adorable gay guys).

I know people like to complain about Nuke's airtime, but Kish doesn't get much either, often 7 or 8 minutes an episode, or less. Well, Oliver sometimes gets more for his police duties but that doesn't count.

It's true. They do get a bit more character interaction, though, and their story carries on over more than one day, usually. Like this week, they were spoiled for tomorrow but their date started today. ATWT would probably have rolled it all into one day and eliminated all the Kyle-talks-to-Layla stuff.

Can you guys keep posting the YouTube videos, or at least a link? I'm enjoying the guys' story line but don't want to watch the rest of the show. I don't want to risk seeing Todd Manning.

Watching old movies with Layla and Christian

It was cute but disappointing. It's really silly that they are "taking this slow". They've said the I Love You's, they've already slept together, there's really no good reason they didn't have sex today. Well, except for the fact that they are gay.

Maybe OLTL will go where ATWT hasn't but today is not a good sign. They're together and they don't know what to do with them.

Just my opinion of course.

Otherwise, the show was a snoozer. The Mitch back from the dead isn't entertaining at all. Tea gets on my nerves with all her screaming. David is cute but needs a better s/l.

I think they're just teasing us a little while before we get what we want. Anticipation is fun, as Kyle said, but I don't think "take it slow" means "wait until 2011." Or even 2010, necessarily.

I can't wait to get home and watch! And I really hope this is in our future and not something I forgot about from the past...

I watched it and I loved that they were hot and horny. They do have a lot of chemistry, which is not going to waste. However they did not get farther than Luke and Noah on their first try. Luke and Noah had their shirts off and they were on the bed.

So are the usual suspects(from AE, SOC, ect) not going to get offended that they were interrupted by a STRAIGHT couple OMG?
