I'm not a major fan of rules.I prefer to let everyone do their own thing .Infact I'm sure that most of you don't even need to even read this. But for the elite few trouble makes who sometimes appear in our midst here are a few rules that need to be abided by all.They're not unreasonable , nor are they unfair.

1.No spamming.

I'm fine with you posting links to your own websites,forums, articles, topics of interest etc.However just typing in a bunch of numbers and letters is not only ridiculous ,its stupid. I don't mind, sillyness, randomness or getting a bit offtopic, but it has to be in good fun.

2.No abusing other members.

I take this VERY seriously. No means no. Light teasing and that sort of thing is fine- as long as its okay with the other person.But other than that if you abuse another member I WILL find out about you and ban your I.P address (after reporting it of course) and if it continues I am willing to take any action required to make sure you suffer If you are the one dealing with the hate-mail and abuse , tell me.I will take care of it.

3.No making fun of other peoples work

Genuine critques aimed to help fellow authors improve are not only fine -most people will welcome them. Useless comments like "I didn't like it" are not appreciated because they don't give information as to why it wasn't likable.Give a basis for any comments you make and back it up reasonably.

So thats it.No too hard is it?
