OK, so I know this was probably a bit confusing to everyone I told about it. Here is how it's going to go.

In Each Round,
There will be 4 terms
In each term, there are 5 periods

This is the breakdown of a period.

Status: Idle
This is what happens when nothing is going on. No submissions, no judging, anything.

Status: Selecting
This is where each contestant (1 from each team) is selected at random to represent their team for the period.

Status: Submission
This status lasts for a week. During this week, each representative must submit their entry through PM to K_Gen. They will then be submitted into the submission section.

Status: Judging
This is where the judges vote. All judges have a week to vote. In this judging, each of the judges will place the submissions in the order. There is no official rating system, but I am sure that the judges I select are wholesome, unbiased judges that will rate fairly. Scoring goes as such
1st Place by a judge - 4 points
2nd place by a judge - 3 points
etc etc

The winner of the period gains a point for their team, and the next period begins when ready.
