Since Greydeath is encouraging the posting of our entrees here is mine. This model is one born out of necessity. We have been playing alot of city fight lately and the scratch built battle wagon I had made before has proven too large for the city streets and alleys (it is slightly bigger than a land raider. So the Ork Warboss commanded the building of a smaller, more agile city fighting battle wagon. He had the mek boys cut up some marine rhinos and this is the result. The main chassis is made up of two rhinos with the fronts cut off and put together. The ramps are left functional on each end. In the pics it is not glued together yet, it comes apart in about 8 pieces right now, just to make painting easier. Originally I was not going to enter the contest because I had no ideas at all. Then during a game I realized a smaller wagon was desperately needed. I started on it Saturday evening and finished it up at about 4:00pm Sunday, just in time for the deadline (nothing quite like the last minute rush lol). When I took the pictures the primer was still tacky to the touch. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. Criticism and comments appreciated. -Prime-

Thank you guys. Your comments really do mean alot to me.
As promised here are some pip shots of it. I only have the cab started and still have a lot to do to it, but here I have the base coats and most of the wear and tear worked out.

Slayer le boucher: lol, yeah I guess you are right. It just looks bigger than that. Guess it is because there is nothing there to compare it to. Or it could just be my old eyes.

Nice battle wagon. Can't wait to see it finished. It still looks kinda big, any pics of it next to the other battle wagon it is replacing?
It's not quite as big as it looks. It is about 5" wide by about 7.5" long. The other one is 8" wide x 11" long. So this one will be much more agile. I'll see if I can't snag some pics tonight of both of them side by side. This one is made mostly from two rhino hulls. I have a bunch of rhinos I no longer use, so they are being converted into orkvehicles.

As promised, here are the size comparison pics for battlestar. Please excuse the poor quality of them I forgot the good camera at work today.
As you can tell there is quite a difference in size between the two. I guess this is my city wagon and the other one is my open plains wagon. If you have any other questions feel free to ask.
