I was thinking about converting up a Tempest when I thought to myself it's a lot of effort just for one gun and as someone who believes one gun is never enough I thought what I need is a flying armoured gun platform Apache style. I had already done a Land Speeder (LS) conversion but it lacked purpose with two side mounted Las Cannon (LC) it had AT ability but lacked ground support other than single heavy bolter and although I lenthened the body to diferentiate it from a normal LS it did not look more heaily armoured and so was suseptable to light arms fire. So I thought armour up the cockpit and stick some guns on it and so far this is what I have.

So we have twin linked underslung LC whith two side mounted Assault Cannon (AC) and I was thinking roof mounted Sentinel missile launcher. This as always is not a conversion for a game piece but a model project that would look appropriate on the table so let the CC begin.

To me it looks overarmed. That is a tremendous amount of firepower in a single vehicle.

But, since this is simply a modeling project and not an actual game piece, I could let that go.

<looks again>

Nope.

It still looks far too heavy to be the type of vehicle that it is.

Go for it anyway. However, if you are going to keep the underslung las-cannon, you should flip the barrels over; traditionally the muzzle of a las weapon cants backwards from top to bottom, not bottom to top.
