Very nice job I am sure he will terrify his opponents. I have only read the new book and I am already scared!

i don't know if his opponents would be terrified of him, they might fear him...
sorry, I could not resist the bad pun.

Model looks great. Was this the test mini? I really love how they redid the Ogre army to be painted in flesh tones instead of the Grey of the old book. Makes the models look so much better.

Yeah this was my test model. The basing while good isnt great and will be getting a facelift after the whole army is finished. I have bushes, and a few twigs, and some rocks to add to the bases. Gonna go start on another Ogre now. I like the way I can paint a model a day and see significant progress on the army. It'll make painting the rank and file easier.

I did a bit of work to the Slaughtermaster today. I was listening to the new Garagehammer episode and was in the mood to paint.

Some more work to the Ogres. They aren't finished yet but they are coming along. I have to base most of em and do a few details up on the Standard Bearer.

The army is looking great so far, but iirc you need one more unit before it's a legal gaming army, though that might not be the case with ogres, I haven't seen the new army book for them yet.

Youre correct. I have a full army but that's the painted stuff. Mournfang are next.
